Yesterday green T-shirt actor said he was negotiating to use weapons to hit inside Russia.

yes I know that, but missiles will evolve so you will be able to fire the first stage only so you won't have to carry long and short range missiles.

For launch a higher setting to bring the missile up to speed,
later a lower setting for travel until the final stage of the flight.

Thing is, there are no "settings", you can't really throttle a solid fuel rocket motor. Once it's lit, that's it. It'll just burn uncontrollably from there on.

But you can have stages, ie different motors and/or fuels. The "throttling" is built in, then, so to speak.

Or you have a jet sustainer, which can be throttled to your heart's content.

According to war imperative , populations not living or coexisting , then Russian new regions should include all the dark areas on this map . Ukraine landlocked and Russia not having access to upper reaches of Deniper . If Ukraine stops water flow , Russia stops water access . Problematic , but may work . It is better to leave no Ukraine than little  Ukraine , if that was a choice . Little unviable proxy NATO entity , a thorn in the side !

This map is incorrect. Most major cities in Ukraine speak Russian. Kiev is almost exclusively Russian speaking.

So include Kiev !

But if all major cities are Russian speaking , then not possible to have territorial division . Either all Russian , all non- Russian or neither ( continue conflict ) !

All of Ukraine needs to be taken and then de banderized throughly.
