Agreed. Their economy has fallen apart, various regions want to be their own entity and throwing bills here and there that are pretty much destroying human rights (whatevers left of it in Ukraine) altogether give the indication that the Rada wont be around for very long. That and there is a clear difference between Croats and Serbs vs Ukrainians on one side vs the other. What Clark is also suggesting is ethnic cleansing since operation Storm had a lot of civilian deaths for Serbians.
I like how it was posted on a Serbian news site. I imagine it will drum up even more hatred for NATO in Serbia.
