No wonder the Ukrainians are losing this war. They would rather parade much needed war material as symbols and signals instead.

This is so cringe. It sounds like its trying to appeal to boomer MAGA sexpats. Replace Russia with Thailand in the video and it would make the same sense.
Also ballet? Seriously? This was conjured up by some 60yo+ fossil.

Entirely different situation. The Russians have so much towed guns they don't know what to do with them. 1 or a dozen guns on the exhibition is nothing. They probably consume dozens of guns per week from barrel wear alone.

Russia says that Against the backdrop of military defeats in the Donbass and other regions, “the Zelensky regime authorized terrorist acts using chemical poisons against Russian military personnel and civilians.”
The report states:July 31 this year Russian servicemen who performed tasks in the area of the village of Vasilyevka, Zaporozhye region, were taken to a military hospital with signs of severe poisoning. As a result of the survey, a poisonous substance, botulinum toxin type "B", was found in the body of military personnel.
In order to establish the causes of poisoning, specialists from the Main Research and Testing Institute of Military Medicine of the Russian Ministry of Defense (St. Petersburg) conducted an additional analysis that unambiguously confirmed the presence of an organic poison of artificial origin - botulinum toxin type "B".
Currently, on the fact of chemical terrorism sanctioned by the Zelensky regime, the Russian Federation is preparing supporting documents with the results of all the analyzes carried out.
Evidence of chemical terrorism of the Kyiv regime will soon be officially sent to the OPCW through the permanent mission of Russia.
Taking into account the received evidence of state terrorism of the Kyiv regime, an additional investigation is currently being carried out on the poisoning of the head of the provisional administration of the Kherson region V. Saldo with chemical warfare agents.

I see that the video mentions "no cancel culture" featuring two women of color. Reality is foreigners from third world countries have to face close to 7-8 hours of interrogation at Sheremetyevo and quite a few of them are deported despite this intense grilling. Not to forget that those who eventually do get to enter are stopped and frisked by local police across Moscow, St Pete and other cities.
If you happen to be a White guy from the States you will be followed by some homeland security guys where ever you go.

Around 5-7 destroyed mstas, plus over 15 captured or destroyed Russian tanks put on display in kiev. This reminds me of the captured tanks displayed in Prague. How the hell did the Ukrainians manage to destroy and capture many SPGs? The russians haven't captured a single pzh2000, dana, krab or caesar. if the Ukrainians can ploink and capture over a dozen(that we know of) russian SPGs, then russians are far worse at counterbattery fire against SPGs. This is pathetic. The russians gloat for weeks about achieving near misses against 3 M109s, to the point of labeling M109s as pzh2000, plus showing 144px vids of random unidentifiable crap getting bombarded, while Ukrainians are showing loads of destroyed Mstas in HD.
This video shows that Russian tank losses are probably over 300, jydging by the ratio between photographed destroyed equipment and actual destroyed equipment.

Probably just convient to use Ukraine as a dumping ground. Can claim they sent munitions, but also get rid of the ruined stuff without having to dispose of them themselves.
It is not an expired shell.
It is a flooded one, most probably.
There was a serious flood in both Romania and Bulgaria in 2014, so that is my first thought.
It affected Varna - there was big ammo storage there.
