Of course the West wants to target Russia with this bio weapon. Russia should seal its borders immediately else the West will use citizens of Asian and African countries to spread this disease in Russia.

Losing money is no proof they are not blocking the ports themselves... they block gas supplies and lose millions in gas transit fees too...When you are in an actual war with a country then destroying the resources they can use against you is a no brainer.
