You know I am not a math expert....but last I checked 20k-30k isn't the majority of over 200k......

Those guys in the Tigrs probably just got lost on their way to the objective. This is quite common actually. Back in the day with the uprisings in the Black townships in South Africa our unit commander and his deputy commander got lost in a very hostile township on his way to the base. They got lucky but shit happens.

No, they do not and good combat officers rarely make good Administrative officers.
But if they have the right people in charge and russia has clearly taken the gloves off.

Most are in the Donbas front however there was an unit (battalions mostly) assigned to each Region to assist the SBU in maintaining control. Some of these units are better equipped then the regular units like Saddam's Republican Guard.

The Ukr military's back is broken - they will not last another week. Some will keep going with terrorist tactics but the "military" is gone.

So Russia has been mostly dealing with the more "elite" of these guys and the rest of the hodge podge forces are being encircled and DNR/LNR are advancing on them?

I've seen lot of those t-64 destroyed and none of them was blown up. Are they not carrying any round inside ? They should explode the same way as t-72 since it is the same design.
