BS. Such ships have radars and they can guess maritime roads (because there are official maritime roads to respect specially in such place like a strait that is tens km wide) by looking other ships's paths.

I sailed there; both sides & islands r visible, for many miles.

There will be no following the US into this war by the UK. The public has neither forgotten nor forgiven the last Bush/Blair escapade in the region.

Believe me, his time will be all spent dealing with Brexit (as he’s soon to find out, irrespective of the hot air he’s currently bellowing on the subject) and the severity of all it entails to be even thinking of a war with Iran.

The reverse situation is that will Iran storm it's own Tanker to rescue from English marines? Bloodshed? The blockade will work both ways. Persian Gulf closed. For months or years. Maybe without hot war. Why Iran needs Russia, to transport oil to Europe and China. By barge or by renting pipeline time to pump oil to China.

- Greece will not come in defense of Turkey.. ever..

-  Turkey neither will go in defense of US.. in a conflict with Russia.

So this leave us ,with just a few nations ,fools like baltics and Poland , perhaps UK ,and Canada ,that are the only ones who could be ready to take a nuclear strike from Russia
if Americans ask them to be in the front line..  But if UK gets in trouble.. US will tell them..

NATO in reality its only real use
1) to keep Europe under control
2) to use Europe as a meat shield.. in a fight vs Russia.

So if Russia one day lose their patience and realize ,they need to fight americans..
that it will be very difficult to use their nuclear weapons.. if US deploy their bases in Europe..  Because any attack on US bases on Europe ,will also kill Europeans too..
and this will damage Russia relations with Europe forever .. So this What NATO is all about.
A meat shield for US military , in a fight versus Russia , and to keep those nations under control and with tensions high with Russia. but is Not a real military alliance.  is more a club of security convenience for US .  The pentagon tactics are simple.. deploy military bases near their enemies and use civilians and nations that are friendly to Russia as a meat shield.
So this is why Pentagon nuclear storages in Europe..are deployed in Europeans nations that are more closer in relations to Russia..  like Germany and Italy.

There is also Turkey ,that they stored nukes there.. because will create additional problems
if Russia have to fight them.. because is a strong nation and can block Russia in the black sea..  So this is why US will NEVER allow Ukraine to be a NATO member.. they know the possibilities are very high of Ukraine vs Russia conflict.. and they don't want to be pulled
into a conflict they know they can't win..

So forget NATO and any piece of paper signed by them..
US will never go to a war ,when they are not sure ,they can win it , not sure they can achieve its objectives ,not sure they can stop once the war start and they aware it could end
badly with unaceptable loses for them..   They only will go to awar if it is predictable the outcome or that they can pull back if things don't go as planned.. But if NATO attacks IRAN..nuclear reactors.. then they can't pull back from there.. IRAN will not stop and will completely close the persian gulf navigation with hundreds of thousands of mines ,they can fire from distance from their territory.. and missiles will keep striking tankers . Simply US will have to use nukes and iran will not give up.. and will continue targeting US bases and Saudi Oil fields.. and Israel will be rained with missiles..  non stop.. Nukes can't win wars..
that their citizens are ready to die ,defending their honor.. demanding justice for them..
So the IRAN conflict is a dead end.. US will not win that war.. it can destroy Iranian reactors for sure.. but that will be a green light to build nuclear weapons , and they can close many times the persian gulf..  Only way to stop IRAN is a ground invasion , the IRAQ way.. but good luck for US ,Israel and UK with that.. with Russia providing anti tank weapons and air defenses and real time intelligence of US and UK warships positions .. Russia can even guide Iranian missiles to hit any NATO warships and military positions and base..

The goals of US ,was to provoke a war between Turkey or Europe with Russia.. including UK. and they later stay neutral ,selling weapons and supplies to both sides.. This is what they did in world war 2.. they left their british allies alone for 90% of the time ,the war lasted.. And US made a fortune selling supplies to Europe and weapons to continue fighting Nazis.. and only asked Gold as payment.. This is how US became a super power.. it was the only major power not bombed and US became the shopping center of the world.. World war 2 was a miracle for US economy.. being the only nation exporting supplies ,food and weapons to Europe.. and the scientist who wanted to escape the war.. flee to US , helping create a major industrial technological revolution ,that turned America in the super power is today.. And this is what US policy makers will really like to see again..
in case civil war fails.. and Russian citizens dont disband Russia from the inside,
provoke a war between Europe and Russia.. and later they remain neutral ,selling supplies ,cars ,weapons ,oil  to both sides.. TO fight Russia to the last european blood.. This is the kind of world war 3 ,US will like to see. a war with not objectives than fighting will not happen.. Any conflict /war that US provoke or Start ,needs to help them advance and strengthen their nation economy and or leadership. if it doesn't help.. they will not do it.
So this is why their goals is to fight Russia by proxy.. In Syria they use terrorist..
but a war in europe ,they can use the baltics nations or poland as proxy ,or Kosovo , or Ukraine or turkey or Norway.. with them remaining behind selling weapons.

The seizure of the ship by Iran is a diplomatic move rather than military. Like Russia puting sanctions when EU put sanction.

It's not a secret that UK seized iranian tanker for US and now that US left them alone they will quickly exchange the ships and things will get back to normal.

Neither EU nor UK wants to destroy what's been made with the iranian nuclear agreement. They are just pussies when it comes to say fuck off to US.

( 1) It must make ICBM tipped with nukes. To deter a conventional attack.

( 2) It must impose blockade on yank and slaves through non- lethal means.

They may not be far from achieving point one. The second point of non- lethal blockade, can be achieved by not allowing armed ships or men to be in close proximity. Increasing chance of killings. They can ram the convoys of English ships. And stop them in Hormuz. Without killings. Or use less than lethal means to dissuade English  ships and  Tankers from going to Persian Gulf. By small charge mines. Or blocking path by ships. Destroying navigation or ship radar. Or ship propeller caught in floating steel net.............

However capturing Tankers by soldiers, means that they may have to kill. This will start war. The neo - con Liberal wet dream. So they need to be inventive and think.

The drone violated their airspace, We won't admit it of course but it did so they had a right to shoot it down. Additional one drone wasn't worth escalating matters with Iran standing down was the logical and correct choice.

They captured one British Tanker that ventured into their waters giving the Iranians full right to seize the ship, not two if you're going to make shit up don't talk at all kid. I do not talk to fabricators etc people who make stories up to try and prove their point. The UK, in the end, had to let it go. Iran even said this was a lie that a second ship was seized.
