To take his comment literally would be to suggest that raising the dead is possible.... it is not.

His use of the word dead was clearly a colourful way of noting that you have not been posting on this forum very much recently... which would be most likely to get someone who is not posting to post in reply.

He clearly misses interaction with you so I wont ban either of you at this stage so that you can continue communicate.
