They gave all they got, never stopped fighting and never gave up

They went from being a joke of the statistics to outlasting likes of Germany, Portugal, Argentina, Spain, Mexico, Colombia and loads of others

This is how you play football

They leave (or stay) with their heads held high, their country should be absolutely proud of them

i agree. Good performance for Russia overall. Denis Cheryshev the best player for Russia

Ignashevitch was great. Even the german commentator fell in love with him. The way he shot the penalty was fantastic. If only all Russians would have done it this way.

Not a trophy (that one was always a bridge too far) but it's definitely damn fine consolation prize and one that not many will get.

Could anyone have imagined it couple of weeks ago? Congrats lads, you earned it! russia

Brilliant competition allround so far. The PTB may not like it but it is proving to be a tremendous boost to Russia's reputation amongst the people of the World. Worth the huge cost without question.

The non English betting is that it will be a Belgium/England final with Belgium winning.

That is why the foaming at the mouth Russia haters in the UK had to stage another "novichok" hoax to divert attention
and keep the sheeple conditioned in their reflexes.

Russia had a good run.  I think it is going to be France and England in the final.

On a side note, what has happened to Garry B? His last visit was on May 26, 2018.  Do any members on here know what has happened to him or is he doing a special project?  He usually post often on here and I miss his insights and commentary.
