To the Washington-controlled west, Novos will be damned whatever they do. Reality plays to part in it at all from the west's perspective. Ukes indiscriminately shell, they assassinate, but it's Novos who are labelled "terrorists." Ukes are never corrected or condemned. Minsk places no obligations on Russia, but it is Russia that fails to implement it, they constantly accuse. It's all fantasyland bullshit, and they have 0 morality. I can't say I think it's healthy for Novos to constantly take unanswered blows from swine. What else can the west say that they're not already?

Slavyansk/Semyonovka. The other man killed was his bodyguard, Teymuraz Gogiashvili, a citizen of Georgia who had also been in militia from the beginning.

Correspondent of "Russian Athens" who filmed rally was stopped by police from continuing to film and from interviewing Revaga on grounds of "data protection". Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov confirmed that Russian President Vladimir Putin will travel to Berlin to take part in the so-called Normandy format meeting with the leaders of France, Ukraine and Germany.

MOSCOW (Sputnik) — The Kremlin confirmed on Tuesday Russian President Vladimir Putin's participation in the so-called Normandy format meeting with the leaders of France, Ukraine and Germany in Berlin on October 19. "The president will travel to Berlin tomorrow, where he will take part not in a one-day, but an evening working visit, where he will hold talks with [German Chancellor Angela] Merkel, [French President Francois] Hollande, [Ukrainian President Petro] Poroshenko," Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters.

The Ukrainian presidential website announced earlier that the Normandy meeting would take place as scheduled earlier on October 19 in Berlin, notably omitting Russian President Vladimir Putin's attendance. The German and French governments later confirmed the Normandy quartet meeting with Putin, Merkel, Hollande and Poroshenko.

"Of course, Russia has influence on representatives of Donbas, but this influence is not limitless," Peskov told reporters when asked whether Moscow would react to the words of the head of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) that a recent killing of a militia commander constituted a declaration of war.

Looks like Moscow can use this situation as green light for adding Kherson, Kharkov or Dnepropetrovsk to Novorussia. All is just a part with Syria, Iraq, economy .... my educated guess would be till elections.

Ah, Mr Ukrainian, you remember that stuff about joining the EU that 10's of thousands died for? You didn't actually believe that it would happen any time soon, did you?

BRUSSELS (Sputnik) – In 2014, the European Union signed an agreement with Ukraine to deepen political association and economic integration. Ukraine had to implement a series of political and economic reforms to gain free-trade access to the EU market.

"We believe that there are serious problems with the ratification of the agreement," the source told reporters on the eve of the EU summit in Brussels on October 20-21. Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte will deliver a report "on further steps in the ratification of the agreement" during the summit. "I, however, do not expect any decisions to be made," the source said. In April, the Netherlands held a referendum in which 61 percent of Dutch voters rejected the ratification of the deal.

Currently, the Netherlands is the only EU state, which has not yet ratified the agreement.
