Wagner leadership is a loss, hard to find more globally experienced people. But I am not surprised. Greyzone are saying that plane was shotdown, not sure where they got this from

The air force was for sure involved. Thry lost plenty of people when Wagner shot down that transport plane of the russia air force back during the coup.

There's a difference between Surovikin and the Wagner Chief. Come now, you don't get to lead an insurrection during war time and expect to live too long afterwards. Wait and see.

So apparently the Investigative Committee has opened a case due to violation of air transport regulations and flight radar shows anomalies of the flight parameters several minutes before the start of altitude loss, so it could be that this entitled clown was flying along a non-sanctioned route or engaging in other shenanigans, possibly because he thought that, having gotten away with a coup attempt and murder without punishment, he was now the prince of some Russian fiefdom, and the air force simply seized the moment and took him out with the "justification" of suspicious activity. Even if this is just cover, it's a good thing. Traitors need to be punished and this guy certainly deserved it...it will help stabilize Russia in the mid-to-long term even if some Wagner traitors now want revenge...also remember that most of their heavy weaponry was taken away from them in the last two months, so they present much less of a threat now. Nicely played, I say.

And I agree with kvs, why bother with this whole charade? They could have arrested him and charged him at any time. Unless they were really that concerned with honoring the agreement that Lukashenko 'brokered'.
Instead he had free reign in Russia, turned up at the Africa-Russia summit in St. Petersburg despite his 'exile', was getting involved in West African politics

On the other hand I don't think they'd announce his death, without him actually being dead. As then they'll just make fools out of themselves needlessly. Dunno. Weird development.

We don't know enough about it all to say that he could have just been arrested. They wanted to put him at ease and take him out which is what it looks like they did

Utkin was a Nazi in a previous life if i understand. Good riddance to him too. Russia doesn't want or need these loose cannons and traitor scum.

Prigonzin was supposed to be exiled in Belarus. It looks like he was violating his parole/deal. There was only one way to end this Prigonzin saga. Putin doesn't like making quick decisions. They sorted out Wagner in Belarus and now they took out the leaders 

Also , Prigonzin and Utkin vetoed the deal to have Wagner sign with the MOD personally

His last videos before the coup look like they were written by the Ukraine govt .
