So we should just live in fantasy land and pretend like Russia hasn't suffered losses? May not be 100% accurate but it's close when you consider dead, wounded, injured, deserters. Russia has performed pretty mediocre so far, I hope it turns it around in the winter and gives the Ukronazis an ass-whooping to remember. But as of right now, it hasn't been smooth sailing. That's just being honest with oneself. You can go screw yourself.

Down in this context, means degrading of the power system to a lower level.
This has most certainly happened.

Remember, there are multiple objectives, firstly to hinder the Ukrainian military movements, secondly to teach the citizens the war is real and their government is doing bad things, and lastly to stop electricity exports helping the Nato/EU.
I am sure there are also other minor objectives to targeting the power systems.

Why were bans handed out for saying the truth?

It is shocking to see the Russian media sphere muzzle criticism, and then follow that same criticism to the Tee

I was muzzled for saying the Russian leadership should be fired

And then, they fired Gerasimov and Shoigu

And put Surovikhin and Mizintsev as I suggested

Maybe I am ahead of my time - as for Lapin - I don't see him anymore either

And Kadyrov was given a medal for saying the same shit I said

Sorry but Gerasimov and Shoigu fired. Got some link there. And Lapin is still around but he reports to Surovikhin and Mizintsev still reports to Gerasimov and Shoigu

I'm surprised the US hasn't donated lots of C-RAM systems to Ukraine. It might be the 1 system that could be effective against them when defending a point target.

As for the war being smooth sailing, it's a proxy war with NATO. And impossible to tell how close they are to defeat or how many casualties the Ukrainians and NATO mercs have suffered. That information is a lot harder to estimate than any Russian casualties.

Especially when the main reason for Russia's propaganda losses was to save men's lives. Plus they are making trades to get men back. Russia is valuing lives over everything. Basically to the same level that Israel does.

I'd say 50,000 is still an insult to the boards intelligence. 90,000 is almost double that.
