My advice for everyone based on the legitimate information in the published literature, which is expounded by some genuine heroes,
is to address insulin resistance. The metabolic syndrome is the base of most modern disease and clearly affects the ability of the
immune system to fight off disease. As insulin resistance progresses the blood sugar levels are unbalanced long before Type II diabetes.
This is measured by HbA1c and is directly linked to atherosclerosis, osteoarthritis, dementia and Alzheimer's, eye problems and immune
system weakness.

Of course, dealing with insulin resistance is not a panacea for every disease. Even if you are not fat, you are still likely eating the
starch/sugar rubbish we call food. Eating every day several times a day is abnormal as far as our metabolism is concerned. Our hunger
is a conditioned reflex mediated by the hormone ghrelin and is an evolutionary "defect" which did not anticipate boundless food supply.
If you have any fat reserves (not obesity) which basically all humans have, then it is impossible for you to actually starve after 24 hours.
You can go several days without food. Water is another matter but even without water the body can produce it form fat. If you
care about cancer, then make sure to dial back the incessant food intake.

The above should keep you out of the grubby paws of Big Pharma shill "doctors" who do not give you valid diet advice and spread

More Than 10,000 Australians Want $600,000 Compensation For Vaccine Side Effects

The Sydney Morning Herald revealed that Australia’s government could incur a bill of more than A$50 million ($37 million) linked to the Covid-19 vaccine campaign, as thousands of Australians applied for compensation amounting to almost $600,000 for health problems related to their vaccinations.

According to the article, upwards of 10,000 people have applied for a government scheme to recompense them for missed wages after becoming hospitalised for serious side effects from the vaccine.

Compensation begins at A$5,000, implying that if every claim is granted, the programme would cost approximately A$50 million.

As per its website, Australia’s Therapeutic Goods Administration have obtained over 79,000 reports of harmful side effects from 36.8 million doses of vaccines. A sore arm, headache, fever, and chills are the most commonly reported side effects.

So 79,000 out of less than 18 million people vaxxed (doses divided by over 2 due to boosters). This 0.43% which is much higher than
covid induced side effects for the population under 60 years of age. If the fakes stream media bitches are going to claim that
vax side effects are rare, then they should apply the same standard to covid. That is, there is no point vaxxing.

Health officials have shortened the window in which they say citizens should get a bonus Covid jab

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommended on Tuesday that those who have received the Pfizer Covid-19 vaccine should be receiving a booster shot a month earlier than was originally suggested.

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) recommended the accelerated timeline on Monday, and the CDC agreed, shortening the window for a booster from six months after you’re fully vaccinated to only five.

CDC Director Rochelle Walensky cited the Omicron variant and a recent spike in cases across the US as the reason for the change. She said health officials will also be discussing boosters for 12- to 15-year-olds on Wednesday, following the FDA recommending Pfizer third doses for the age group on Monday.

Those who received the Moderna vaccine are still recommended to wait six months after their doses, while Johnson & Johnson recipients have been told to get a booster only two months after their single-dose jabs.

The CDC has also said children aged between five and 11 with “moderately to severe weakened immune systems” are eligible to receive boosters only 28 days after their initial vaccine doses. Only the Pfizer vaccine is approved for this age group.

The new recommendations follow the US announcing a record of one million new coronavirus infections on Monday, primarily fueled by the Omicron variant.

with fat tissue obtained from bariatric surgeries, to see if the tissue could be infected by the coronavirus.
They found that fat cells, known as adipocytes, could become infected and developed a low level of
inflammation. They also found that immune cells housed within the fat tissue, called macrophages, also
became infected and kicked off a much more intense inflammatory response.

In addition to these experiments, the team examined fat tissue from patients who died from COVID-19
infections and found coronavirus particles in the fat that surrounded various organs. Viruses like HIV and
influenza can squirrel themselves away in fat tissue, as a way of hiding from the immune system; several
experts told the Times that SARS-CoV-2 could theoretically do something similar, making fat a reservoir
for the virus.

Visceral fat is bad for many reasons. The subcutaneous fat is less of a problem. Various metrics of health
are worse for people with substantial visceral fat compared to those that have it in subcutaneous deposits.
The good news that visceral fat (including the fat in the liver) goes away first when you take correct action to
lose weight. For example, intermittent fasting. Substantial exercise works but if you are consuming lots
of fructose and glucose (starch), then it is like running on a treadmill.

A new year - with a new variant, new treatments, and a new vaccine - is the perfect time for change.

1) They are not the exclusive carriers and spreaders. In fact, the vaxed are carriers and
spreaders.

2) They are not the incubation locus for new strains. In fact, it is the vaxed that develop new
vax resistant strains. The virus in an infected individual undergoes mutations during replication.
So you have multiple strains emerging in the same individual. Vaxed individuals have antibodies
against a certain spike protein (antigen). So those strains that are susceptible to these antibodies
are suppressed relative to those that have mutated variants against which the antibodies are not
effective. This is exactly natural selection. The limitation is the error rate during virus replication.
This is why every infected individual is not producing significant new strains that have a substantial
difference compared to the original strain. Delta and Omicron are examples of substantial new strains
forming through a combination of mutation in individuals and spread in local groups which can produce
synergistic adaptation. A chain of the right mutations.

Vaxing the unvaxed:

1) Will not stop the spread of the virus since vaxed still get sick and produce tens of billions of
viruses that spread through the emission of their bodily fluids. In highly vaxed countries the
hospitals are loaded with vaxed patients and not exclusively unvaxed.

2) Will not stop the emergence of new strains.

3) Only has value for the high risk individuals as a personal aid to help reduce their risk of dying and
experiencing severe symptoms. This is all about personal choice. Some globalist maggoted turd
has no right to choose for individuals. Also, the subject is academic since 99% of the at risk
population (e.g. 65 years and over ) is vaxed in the USA and likely in France as well. Forcing
the vax on children does nothing but expose them to harm from the vaxes.

Pfizer is openly planning on providing 4 billion doses per year into the indefinite future. We have commercials in Ireland and elsewhere that
project the covid control regime (including booster shots) into the future (10+ years from now).

I thought the UK had made the sane choice with AstraZeneca vaccination, but it has gone off the rails with mRNA (Pfizer and Moderna)
booster shots. You are supposed to take four of these every year (based off the CDC nonsense about the immune system forgetting
the antibodies in 90 days). Pfizer is clearly able to put one billion people on this demonic program.
