The article talks about providing training courses to prepare citizens for military service as well as Patriotic education, but I am not sure if it will be made mandatory or just for people who wants to volunteer to take these courses? IMO, Russia needs to enforce more Patriotic education to its citizens and instill love, respect and loyalty to the state and prevent liberals and foreign agents from corrupting Russians and making them turn against their country.

A bill on preparation for military service and protection of the Fatherland was submitted to the State Duma

MOSCOW, November 17. / TASS /. A group of deputies and senators re-submitted to the State Duma a bill "On the preparation of Russian citizens for military service and the defense of the Fatherland", which regulates the organization of pre-conscription and non-military military training of Russians. The document was posted on Tuesday in the Duma electronic database.

"The federal system of training citizens for military service is a set of measures that include pre-conscription and non-military training of citizens for military service, patriotic (military-patriotic) education of citizens," the document says.

It is proposed to include in the concept of pre-conscription training "a purposeful process of training and educating citizens to form their competence, knowledge, abilities, and skills necessary for military service." This includes physical education and sports categories, youth training, medical training. "Pre-conscription training additionally includes the conduct of measures for professional and psychological selection, medical examination of citizens and putting them on the initial military registration," the document says.

Extra-military training is defined as an integral element of the federal system for preparing citizens for military service conducted outside the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation; according to the document, it can be carried out in the form of training camps or scheduled sessions.

The document prescribes the principles of preparing citizens for military service, prescribes the powers of the authorities to organize it. The main directions are preparation for military service on a conscription basis and on a contract basis, patriotic education, military professional orientation and selection for specialties in demand in the field of defense and security, as well as the formation of motivation for military professional activity.

The bill was first submitted to the State Duma in December 2018 and then finalized taking into account the views of interested ministries and departments, according to the accompanying materials.

The trick is to instill patriotism in a very subtle way. Just teaching it will not produce results. People resist this type of "indoctrination".
They have to want to be patriotic. That is a more challenging task since it requires active removal of NATzO agents (of all ages) who
act to peddle myths about the west and at the same time instigate people to become malcontents. Too many people are sheeple
and can be led around by the nose by individuals with certain skills.

So a much more active campaign to uproot 5th column elements like Navalny needs to be engaged. All sorts of NATzO sponsored
media and alt media needs to go. People can get their dose of NATzO propaganda via the "state run" media which already does a
good job of parading all sorts of Ukr and other idiots in prime time to state their case. Social media in Russia should not fall
into pro-NATzO SJW lynch mobs like in the west. If it is OK for conservative voices to censored in the west, it is more than fine
for 5th column voices to be silenced in Russia. They add negative value to the public information space.

One way to control the NATzO weeds in Russia is to have a patriotic cancel culture.

That is true but only works for the minority with enough awareness and (self-)education. For
way too many people it is a competition of what sounds better and more to their liking.
Western propagandists working both inside and outside Russia (and other countries) leverage
this retardation for maximal benefit. Navalny has been getting idiot teenagers to engage
in is 5th column "demonstrations". Even if they are paid, and their parents are liberast swine,
it still demonstrates that people can be converted to the cult faith.

Russia did a good job of kicking out US cults like the Jehova's Witnesses, but it also needs
to remove political cults such as Navalny. Russian law must be changed to allow the
stripping of citizenship. Scum like Navalny should be pushed outside of the country and
their idiot supporters can join them.

At the end of the day even if Navalny manages to enslave every stupid teenager and pays them lots of money to be idiots... what difference does it make... eventually they are going to either realise they are being used, or they might just be using him for the money... when you build a house or any building you need a good foundation and paid teenage idiots are not a good foundation for anything... when an opponent is making mistakes... don't interrupt them.

People do all sorts of stupid things when they are teenagers... things they go on to regret later in life... at the time they probably did it because they wanted the money, or a pretty girl they liked was there and they thought it made them look cool and dangerous.

These are not the sort of people that make up a powerful organisation strong enough to overthrow a government... if that is the wests best bet then that might further explain why it is in the state it is in.

It is not rocket science.... truth and justice... that is all it is... and they can't even get that right.

NATO after this news , is going to increment 1 million percent their sabotage tactics ,
since is well know by those who pay attention to Russia performance , that it have
one of the world worse records in supervision and security , at the level of third world nations.

When you have problems of sabotage at this level or negligence in the security , this is
those incompetent people that the Russian government hire . Is not only the security police
in charge of the military bases or their space center where they assembly space rockets that also have suffered major incompetence in security but this is also a case of abysmal leadership problem
in Russia. the rule of law is . if a leader is an incompetent and bad leader ,the the entire chain
of command will suffer too , incompetent leaders as Putin is , will hire people that are like him ,
incompetent too , similar people attract each other ,and those that lack of leadership skills ,will
find problems ,recruiting the correct people ,for the correct job.

this same embarrassing security problems ,have happened in Russian oil refineries facilities ,
that they were stealing oil millions of it ,in putin noses and replaced it with another substance
,something that poisoned the oil that europe received.. which was a tremendous embarrassing
event. Is the leadership what sucks in Russia ,the problem . If you have a highly incompetent
leaders ,no matter how nice and polite they are , if their leadership sucks , if they themselves
work everyday and go to their jobs (as the president putin does) showing not a lot of enthusiasm
.not a lot of passion for doing their job ,this will be replicated across the entire chain of command and cause this major supervision problems , which is people that will not give a shit about the security
of any place and will be there in their jobs , just for the paycheck and then quickly run away from
their job ,when is the time for another to replace him.

All security problems are leadership problems and not salary problem. You can pay people the highest salaries in the world ,but if their leadership is bad ,don't supervise them ,don't motivate
them ,to do their job better every day ,then they will not care about their job.. and either planes will fall ,for a sabotage ,space rockets will have missing equipment or wrongly installed , and people in
security positions ,will be more interested in observing the time on their watch ,to leave to their homes ,than to do their jobs .

So what, just because your precious "free" NATzO media never reports on such incidents in the west does not mean that
they never happen. Have you ever seen the several dozen crashes of US military aircraft each year reported? I have ever only
seen a few (i.e. 5 or less) reported.

This was one of the two planes that were not modernised a few years ago so we´re talking about some very dated tech here. This story is propably made ub, the equipment was removed (as ordered by the military) and then someone wanted to make a few bucks and told "journalists" that the shit was stolen. If you consider hown deep "journalism" has sunk in the last years (around the globe) this possibility looks rather likely.

The stolen tech was last updated in 1996. So I don't think there was much of anything of value stolen. Maybe the thieves took in order to hope get some money from US.

Would be even more funny if the authorities themselves did it, sell the old shit junk to the US, use the money gained to replace with newer stuff

A research and development testing center for advanced weapons will appear in Russia

MOSCOW, December 21. / TASS /. The main research and development test center for advanced weapons will be created in the structure of the Russian Ministry of Defense. This is stated in the order of the government of the Russian Federation, published on Monday on the official portal of legal information.

"To create a federal state treasury institution" The Main Research and Testing Interspecific Center for Advanced Armaments "and refer it to the jurisdiction of the Russian Ministry of Defense," the document says.

The center will carry out scientific and research activities in the field of advanced weapons. The staff will be 232 people.

The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation must within a month approve the composition of the center, and also ensure the state registration of the institution within two months.

The expenses for the implementation of the government decree are carried out within the budget of the Ministry of Defense, the document says.
