    Another one.

    http://pravdanews.info/lugansk-bez-problem-postavlyaet-teplovozy-v-rossiyu.html

"Luganskteplovoz" continues to fulfill orders for Russian Railways

The manufacturer of diesel locomotives in the LC is still executes orders for Russia. This was announced by co-owner of
"Transmashholding", controlling the plant in Luhansk, Andrey Bokarev.

"Now there is no problem. Builds locomotives, produces spare parts "- said Bokarev about the plant in Luhansk.

According to him, there are no problems with the export of products to Russia the enterprise does not. At the same time, the factory carries out orders for Russian companies, including Russian Railways.

"Customers are: Russian companies and Russian Railways", - said Bokarev.

Public Joint Stock Company "Luganskteplovoz" is in Lugansk, and is engaged in production of locomotives. It is the largest in Eastern Europe, a manufacturer of draft rolling stock for railways. In 2011, the Bryansk Engineering Plant, which is part of the corporation "Transmashholding", took over 76% stake "Luganskteplovoz".

In 2015 the company re-registered on the territory under the control of Ukraine Luhansk region - in Severodonetsk. At the same time the management of "Transmashholding" noted that the company had problems with the export of products related to the checkpoint regime introduced by Ukraine in respect of the goods of LNR and DNR.

Luganskteplovoz from LNR produce locomotives and spare parts for Russian customers without problems. Considering, that Ukraine not long ago destroy similar plant in Zaporozhye and sold its equipment for scrap metal, this is a really big contrast. It seems it will not last long, when industrial base in DNR, LNR will be the only industrial base left on the territory of the Ukraine, if we not count Crimea as part of ex-Ukraine.

Alexander Rogers reiterates about the sudden change in mood music from Donbass. In his article he is saying that either Poroshenko cannot take the hint, or really is permanently drunk, I would think probably both. Rogers also says that the war is used as distraction from apalling situation in Ukraine, but this is not exactly a secret, and I will add that to continue to deploy such an army in the field will only make the economic and social problems even worse, and there will soon come a time for the equation, "Use it or lose it". Poroshenko is like the stage act with the guy trying to have plates whirling around on poles without any falling, he rushes manically from one pole to the next hoping to keep up, but is confused by so many spinning plates, and in one hand he holds bottle of booze. Anyway, Rogers also says that the joint initiative from Zakharchenko and Plotnitsky [Kremlin] to go to UN security council with petition will fail, we all know it will, and therefore, after it being seen that LDNR are the good guys that have tried everything to stop the war, their hands will be untied by obvious intransigence of Kiev and will be free to use military force. IMO, Poroshenko is probably going to come under more and more pressure from within EU to comply with Minsk, but as I and many others have written for some time, he cannot comply with Minsk as that is defeat for him personally and his regime, and may probably lead to major disturbances in Ukraine, riots in Galicia, seperatism in Transcarpathia, uprisings in some cities, coup, any number of possibilities if Poroshenko complies with Minsk. It does not need an Einstein to work out the maths of what is likely to happen before any of these potential scenarios occur.  https://cont.ws/post/285310

Sanctions should be imposed against Ukraine over Kiev's failure to implement a single reform stipulated by the Minsk accords on Ukrainian settlement, French lawmaker Thierry Mariani said.

"So far, the Verkhovna Rada has not carried out a single reform stipulated by the Minsk II accords. This is why we back the lifting of sanctions against Russia. Excuse me, but logically, there are two ways. First, anti-Russian sanctions must be lifted, and second, sanctions must be introduced against Ukraine. Because right now, Kiev is showing disrespect by failing to implement the Minsk accords. The main responsibility is with the Ukrainian side," Mariani said in an interview with the Russian Izvestia newspaper, published on Friday.

In April, the National Assembly, France's lower house of parliament, supported a resolution calling to lift the sanctions imposed on Russia. The French Senate will vote on the resolution on June 8. According to French lawmakers, the bill was met with almost unanimous support in the Senate Committee for the European Affairs.

The chances of the Senate approving the resolution are high, Mariani said, adding that the upper house is dominated by his opposition party The Republicans, which had a harder time pushing the resolution through the Socialist-dominated lower house.

"This resolution send a certain signal to the government…popular opinion appears to contradicts the idea of sanctions," he stressed.

The United States, the European Union and some of their allies have imposed several rounds of sanctions targeting key sectors of the Russian economy, as well as a number of individuals and entities, over Crimea’s reunification with Russia and accusations of Moscow's alleged interference in the Ukrainian conflict, which the Kremlin has repeatedly denied.

Yet more debt. I'd say the loan is a "timely boost to economic recovery" of the oligarchs bank accounts, but Poro probably didn't have time to finish the sentence as he was off to cash the cheque.

US Secretary of the Treasury Jacob Lew said that the third $1 billion loan guarantee from the United States provides direct support for Ukraine's continued progress in implementing critical economic and governance reforms.

WASHINGTON (Sputnik) — The third US $1 billion loan guarantee will enable the government of Ukraine to proceed with economic and governance reforms, US Secretary of the Treasury Jacob Lew said in a statement on Friday. "The third $1 billion loan guarantee from the United States provides direct support for Ukraine's continued progress in implementing critical economic and governance reforms," Lew stated.

Earlier on Friday, the United States and Ukraine signed an agreement which grants Kiev a $1 billion guaranteed loan tranche. Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko said the loan guarantee is a timely boost to economic recovery.

Ukraine's economy has deteriorated since an armed conflict between government forces and militia in the country's southeast escalated in April 2014.

The "Diplomatic offensive" moves fast. So far in Donetsk there are ten thousand signatures for the petition that Kiev has failed to comply with Minsk. This is not online petition, it is real on paper to avoid accusations of fraud with anything online, and stations have been set up all around Donetsk. The petition is stating that Kiev has failed to implement Minsk-1, Minsk-2 and also UN Security Council resolution 2202 of 17 February 2015, which is mandatory for Kiev to obey as Ukraine is member of UN. Of course lots of UN resolutions are ignored, not least by Washington, but this is a process by which it can be shown that Kiev is the non-complying party, and that whatever happens next is their responsibility.

the HaHols didn't seed around 200,000 hectares of Arable land

Ukrlandfarming, Ukraine's largest agricultural holding in terms of land bank, in 2016 could reduce EBITDA to $180 million against $242.96 million in 2015.

"This year our pre-tax profit will be even lower - about $180 million. We sowed fewer areas, while Avangard, our "egg" asset, reduced chicken numbers from 15.5 million to 10.5 million. Avangard has reached the bottom in terms of production volumes. We look forward to recovery in prices," company CEO Ihor Petrashko said.

According to him, amidst falling prices for grains, thus the reduction in profitability of the crop production segment, the company limited the number of arable land to 458,000 hectares, while earlier this figure reached 580,000 hectares. In general, the company's land bank is 654,000 hectares.

The director general added after the majority shareholder of the company, Oleh Bakhmatiuk, had lost control over his bank assets, namely VAB Bank and Bank Financial Initiative, Ukrlandfarming got a debt of $135 million on its balance sheet to VAB Bank. The holding did not raise loans in Bank Financial Initiative, but the bank bought the agricultural holding's bonds worth $100 million.

Petrashko also said Ukrlandfarming could postpone payments on eurobonds until the period after 2018.

If Zakharchenko and Plotnitsky talk about a "diplomatic offensive" and say that if no luck it will be followed by war, then that is a hint, particulary as they would not talk about any type of offensives without permission, and that comes from Kremlin. As for the stance of Kiev's supporters being the only one that matters in Ukraine, have you not read the many times I have said that they have nothing to loose, but Poroshenko and his regime have everything to loose, including their lives. When the war begins, all there will be from the supporters of Ukraine is a lot of hot air, and that does not stop tanks. In January next year Obama goes and will be playing golf in Hawaii, and Poroshenko? perhaps his rotting corpse still dangling with those of his regime from lamposts along Kreshchatik. I wonder whose stance really matters....

Very familiar with the film, a little odd, but needs to be seen as antidote to "Cross of Iron" etc and Sven Hassel fairy tale books. Well, little raccoon dog in photo, possibly, but next best thing when real raccoon is not present, or polecat. Bezler had one while he was in Gorlovka. An irony is that the only real raccoon known for certain to live in Ukraine, is in Kiev, raccoon Semyon.

The problem is that, Saratov already died in 2015.

Well, I know this sort of thing is not new, my reply was a device to say that those who make plans like this are no different to original nazis and should be hung. Ribbentrop and Eichman never killed anybody, but their actions in diplomacy and in planning did, so they hung. What is in this plan is far worse than any "normal" terrorist act, it is barbaric on a scale that terrorists can only dream of.

Splinter in left eye and being transfered to St Petersburg. Seems odd not Rostov or Moscow, but perhaps there is a specialist in Peter. Still only rumor at the moment.....

Edit: Confirmed, received splinter wound in left eye yesterday, and taken to Peter. Circumstances of how and where he was wounded are not yet released, but possibly either Zaitsevo or by accident on maneuvers. http://www.novorosinform.org/news/54356

Edit: Occured on maneuvers and injury apparently not serious.

OK. So it is June and still no all out assault from Banderastani forces. They are running out of summer. Given their ability level
(even the delusional one they have of themselves) they cannot expect any campaign to be wrapped up in three months. Six months
would be optimistic. My conclusion is that there will be no serious effort to retake the Donbass by the Kiev regime this year.

This is bad for the regime. They need to keep the attention of the sheep focused on the "war with Russia". Without this propaganda
they have nothing, absolutely nothing to give the Banderastanis. Jobs are disappearing and Banderastan is de-industrializing. People's
standard of living is sliding and fast. Poroshenko is probably not just drunk, he must be on drugs as well. It really is that hopeless
for the regime since they have no economic foundation and their puppet masters don't give them anywhere near enough money to
prop themselves up. The performance of the regime forces is a litmus test of the regime's real power: they have none and are riding
    on vapours of the coup.

All those that wanted Russia to invade to save Ukraine assumed that Ukrainians were in a mental state to appreciate this help. Instead
it would have given the regime the biggest help it could ever hope for. But as we see now, the best policy is for this useless evil joke
to fall by itself at the hands of the Ukrainian people. This point is approaching and it will be a real popular uprising and not some glorified
palace coup in the capital city.

For a new offensive Offshorenko need money from IMF. This is the main problem for Ukraine. Their economy is going down very fast not only in industrial sector but also in agronomy and in rural areas. It will not last long, when Ukraine will not be able to finance and feed such an army on the front. On the other side Novorussian economy is slowly and steadily growing with starting production in more and more factories and with increasing in agronomy for food production. I think it will not last long when DNR and LNR will have the same GDP as the rest of Ukraine mainly because of destruction of Ukrainian economy. Economy strength will also show its tracks in military strength. Time is working for Novorussia. If Offshorenko will not start a new war in this year, than there will be good chances that Novorussia will return their territories peacefully as Ukraine will be forces to demobilize and take away their army to cut the costs to survive. I have no doubt that sooner or later, there will be a new revolution in Ukraine, where they will throw those Bandera nuts and oligarhs which are now in Kiev.
