Can't see any argument for them applauding Ukr army as heroes if they would breakthrough. If Donetsk authorities would loose support - then rebels would have it or no? They would disperse but I'm sure it won't happen. If Ukr would be willing to talk it would be different story. Donetsk won't step down.

Now we lack an informed guy like FP to help us to stay on facts, we are high on emotions and this is not good.
    So some facts:
-as now here in Italy nobody (newspapers, TVs, internet news site) reported the Lugansk's air attack, the water cuts in Donbass, the pro donbass twitter channels and so on.
-TV zvezda has started to inform daily about Ukraine (thanks arpakola). Btw, judging by the views, nobody gives a fuck about zvezda even in Russia, go figured in the west. So the west is winning the media war right now.
-situation in the ground seems improving for the rebels, at least in Lugansk oblast.

Some fake news, that even an extremely uninformed guy like me knows: legacy Flanker cannot support troops in any way. And AFAIK Fulcrum also. So news about Flanker bombing something must be fake. Correct me if I'm wrong.

    The. quastion  is.
He hides. Like a rabbit. Or. Like. Viper. Ready to strike ?

Because  if he thinks. He is fox. And stays too long. In his hole. , the dogs. Will find. Him. Finaly

Yes, you are uninformed guy indeed  Smile

VVS versions can carry rocket pods and unguided bombs. That gives them A/G capability, although a limited one.

However, I also suspect that this battle can be faked.
Hadn't checked through a whole lot of russia sites, but they seem to be silent about this. Also, there's no footage, no photos, only Tymchuk's bickering.

I think that has something to do with this:

"Airspace Luhansk and Donetsk regions for civil aircraft closed. This was stated by CEO International Airport Luhansk Vasily Tatarinov".

I don't think the problem are the rich. The problem are the middle and low classes, the younger "educated" people and those who live in urban areas. And first and foremost young women.
Propaganda is effective when targets the right people.

Problem  is Russian society. With no orientation watch in Eurovision sheet.
They have not realised that NATO/EU  pray for their distraction  . still a lot of Russians think EU may be their friends ...
Not mention the stupid tycoons investing in UK football teams. Stupid bastards...

I am pretty certain many Russians are aware of this. It is just that what can they do? Many new taxes and other stuff is coming along to prevent these Oligarches from stealing money and buying overseas teams and property, like fools like Phokorov.

Eventually things will change as people are getting more disgruntled about it. Hopefully, by then, many of them will also push for a much harder stance against NATO and US. I hope that I am no longer in this country when that happens.

I voted you down because another poster had specifically requested ultra-graphic grisly pictures not be posted directly to the thread (i.e. not behind a link with warning, etc) yet you reposted the EXACT SAME IMAGES, as if it somehow adds anything to the discussion or to anybody's awareness.  Obama can rot in hell for all I care, that does not mean that the level of discussion should drop into the gutter.  Same goes for comments like "Women weights, i did not expect anything else.  ...He's not used to getting a pounding on his arm muscles, usually he dedicates that for his throat and colon muscles..." which serve no productive purpose and certainly NATO/Kiev junta would laugh in glee that critical discussion of their actions is diverted into such low-brow "humor".

    Maybe.. who knows..
Just remember however that the shelling will be far from the dangers that Pro Russian people will face in Ukraine..
In Odessa the neonazis killed a hundred unarmed citizens and wounded two hundred. So if the Donetsk forces allow the Ukraine army
to take control of their zones ,what will happen next will be ethnic cleansing of Russians with the full support of NATO. The Right Sector
will be in charge to burn the houses of all Pro Russian citizens to force them to leave to Russia and later western neonazis thugs will build their residences in the east and steal their lands with full support of kiev . To Europenisize the Donetsk republic at gun point and through blood. and the ones not kicked will experience the most brutal repression ,for supporting the uprising.. ie.. Will cut the electricity and water of their residences until they leave.  US government and its major NATO allies are pure evil Organization ,and there is no limit for their evilness . Look for example at Syria.. they support alqaeda and help to smuggle suicide bombers in Syria and now Turkey have blocked the Eufrates River ,and will leave in the near future Alepo a city of 1 million people women ,children and civilians in Syria without water. What kind of people do such things? So surrendering is not an option . for the Donetsk republic.. albeit the Neonazis are not Alqaeda ,still they can do a lot of damage to anyone that is seen as a Russian Supporter.. Steal your house ,your money ,your bank accounts ..Rape womens .etc.

In the worse case ,that the Anti-kiev forces in DOnetsk and Lugansk cannot hold their place.. they should move to the Forest.. and do skirmished fights.. hit and runs and give them a Vietnam War. Attacking their checkpoints until they leave.

Or they might take a trip to Lvov and start blowing up markets..
Thats one version of punching the belly not the knife.

I mean the overwhelming majority of Donbass people are decent people. Unlike the Nazi scum they are up against. Its not just young males in the West who are voting for the Nazis. Its women and elderly Nazis.

The Donbass people have been absolute gentlemen. Requesting Ukrainian soldiers give up, releasing them unharmed etc.

Sooner or later, their patience might run out. And they'll say "an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth".
