This spoke loudly to me . There is an urgent need for an alternative currency system for BRICS , especially Russia , India and South Africa . Question is what would be this alternative currency ?

I've been thinking about all this.
Russia pwnd the US over Syria and Snowden.
America has no credibility too, because of the Iraq genocide.

The EU is talking about its own army, separate from NATO. Also a separate intelligence infrastructure - thanks to the US spying on even its supposedly "closest" allies. Then you have the EU-US trade deal. Slight problem is... as part of it, America would happily kill hundreds of millions thro cancer and other disease causing GM crops. America's pharma sector is pretty dodgy too.

America is also shit sttirring with silly plans for ABM in Europe - sneering at "New Europe and Old Europe". Like most of em could even point to it on a map... Rolling Eyes

In other words, Europe-US relations have been pretty shaky in recent times. Infact Europe didn't even NEED America that much.

Which leads me to think even more, how the whole Ukraine situation was shitstirring by America in monumental proportions. I mean it makes much more pure business sense for the EU to trade with Russia, rather than America.

BUT look how America is painting Russia out to be evil. Yes, it looks like shitstirring at a MASSIVE level by Washington. I wonder how many Eurocrats have seriously thought about this???

How so? Hidden conversations proved that sniper provocations were done by the Euro-Maidan supporters, that the Pentagon didn't care about Ukraine joining the E.U. or that it wasn't about democracy, and that the conversations were later admitted to be real.

Japan considering sanctions against Russia over Crimea

The government of Japan is considering imposing sanctions on Russia over the situation in Crimea, Nikkei reported, citing officials. The sanctions could be similar to those mulled by the US and European countries, it said. Seiji Maehara, former president of the Democratic Party of Japan, and a senior opposition lawmaker urged Prime Minister Shinzo Abe’s government to impose sanctions against Russia over the Ukraine crisis.

If Abe does that - he's dead meat!

I've been thinking about this whole situation, and as far as I can tell: Putin HAS done the right thing...
    Contrary to my previous opinion.
Thing is though...he really needs to go ALL THE WAY now. No turning back from this.
I have a few ideas about how he can achieve that, but they seem too radical. But, radical times ask for radical measures.

According to the fringe-Reich-wing crackpot Shinzo Abe Japanese fascists were the victims of WW2, and they didn't commit any war crimes, including rape...his support for the fascists in Ukraine doesn't surprise me, instead of worrying about Crimea he should worry about Fukushima and the fact that the Indian economy is set surpass the Japanese for the 3rd largest economy.

Anonymous Ukraine is battling the forces in Ukraine that are funded and directed from the West and attempting to overthrow the democratically elected government of the sovereign country of Ukraine.

Anonymous Ukraine is operating in what can only now be described as a war zone and the security measures they are forced to take are extreme. A member of Anonymous Ukraine who wishes to remain anonymous spoke to the Voice of Russia about the operations and the recent release of e-mails between Vitaly Klischko and the Lithuanian Presidential advisor. The e-mails show that Klitschko was intentionally planning to destabilize the country, is being instructed and funded from abroad and has his accounts in Germany.
Greetings citizens of the world. We are Anonymous Ukraine.
The Anonymous Hacktivist Collective worldwide is partially divided on the issue of Ukraine. This has to do with the western mass media propaganda and the conflicting reports that are coming out of the country. This is sad as some Anons are unknowingly supporting the dark forces at work in Ukraine. Members of Anonymous Ukraine are aware of the internal meddling by the United States, NATO and the European Union into the internal sovereign affairs of Ukraine. Anonymous Ukraine supports peace and the right of the people to self determination. The Bandera Nazis and fascist thugs that are beating and killing police and members of the security services of Ukraine do not represent the will or the wishes of the people of Ukraine. The people of Ukraine do not want European Union integration. The people of Ukraine do not want NATO on their territory. The people of Ukraine voted for President Yanukovich to lead them in fair and just democratic elections. The people of Ukraine plea to the President and to Russia for help in stopping the siege of Ukraine by Nazi thugs and murderous gangs. The people of Ukraine do not want to see their beloved capital Kiev occupied by Nazi killers and burned to the ground. The people of Ukraine want their independence to be recognized and be allowed to determine their own fate without pressure from US, NATO, European Union. The people of Ukraine want peace and want the Bandera Nazis to be stopped once and for all. Anonymous Ukraine does not like nor support what is happening in Ukraine now. The so-called opposition is trying to tear Ukraine apart. Anonymous Ukraine has released the e-mails of one of the leaders of the so called opposition and will continue to expose the moves by the west to subvert the sovereign country of Ukraine. The e mails released by Anonymous prove that Vitaly Klichko is a puppet of the West and is being financed through intermediaries in Lithuania. The e mails also prove that Klitchko has bank accounts in Germany and is receiving funding for his coup d’état from the West. We will continue fighting these puppets. The western puppet opposition leaders will hurl Ukraine into chaos. We appeal to the president of our country. The people of Ukraine urge you. President Yanukovich, to restore order and bring calm and stability and disperse the gangs of robbers and Nazis. Anonymous Ukraine will strike at all of the web resources of western hirelings and fascists. Anonymous Ukraine calls for Ukraine to be unified and independent. The government of Ukraine promoted the country's integration into Euro-Atlantic institutions despite the reluctance of Ukrainian people. Ukrainian citizens realize that signing of the Association Agreement with the European Union will lead to the collapse of Ukrainian economy in the near future. We express our support to the people of our country. We want Ukrainian government and EU leadership to understand that people of Ukraine do not want their country to become a raw material donor to Europe. Ukraine must be free. We do not want to be dependent on other countries or organizations. Ukrainian people do not need a speculative Association Agreement with the European Union. Ukraine does not need to be a part of Russia-led Eurasian customs union. We do not need to be servants of NATO. Ukraine does not need European Union. Ukraine does not need NATO. Ukraine should not be anybody's servant. We stand for independent Ukraine. We declare the continuation of Operation Independence. I was doing a Google Earth scan of the Crimea Peninisula . There are no Russian armored divisions on the border with Crimea . Just a few APC ( from the looks of it) . That's exactly what Putin said last week , that there will be no military takeover .

The only possibility is a major airborne assault from deep inside Russia because in the Russian airfields close to Ukraine there are no transport aircrafts stationed . But that's unlikely to happen .

As of now , regardless of the outcome in the referendum , there are no signs of any preparation of any major Russian military thrust into Ukraine . Or am I missing something ?

No, I think we're all very interested in the Vitali Bitchko emails. Ofcourse its a little tricky to assess the validity of them.
But no one really doubts that it was a coup set up by America and some Euro powers.

Tymoskanko, Bitchko and the Nazi/other far right prick, everyone knows what they are. Opportunist scumbags on the payroll of their cronies in America and Brussels.

I don't think there's much we can discuss on that. The big issue is what should the solutions be. And how the affair will play out, both long and short term.

    _________
On a related topic. It was interesting to see the pics of Lavrov and that NeoCon sock puppet John Henry.
The body language between the 2 of them looked surprisingly "friendly", atleast in my estimation.

But their faces, both of them had a look of "disappointment" infront of the cameras earlier. But Henry much more so, even a look of defeat. Lavrov looked much less disappointed, much more "resolute" and kind of in control of the matter.

I wonder how much Bathhouse Barry Obama and his crowd are just being forced along by the Republicans NeoCons and other special interest gps in the US. I understand USAID who prob funded the coup, and others don't even report to the president, and are basically a "law unto themselves"...

Lol why they write from original emails? And why it's in simplified English? Klitchko speaks better in Russian than Ukrainian and we are good at that too. Grauziniene is such a tool she hardly functions as a living being and her role in maidan is pathetic. I hope we get more info about this, but it's hilarious to say at least. There is no doubt of deeper our involvement, but I would rather look at Bulatov and his case. Our indie journos are on it.
