Fucking morons should have strapped bombs to themselves. Which raise a question, in the case that the image is authentic: are the restaurants owners stupid innately, or they trained hard to be stupid ?

In Moscow, people are being evacuated from the hospital where the victims of the terrorist attack in Crocus are lying
It is reported that due to an explosion threat, an evacuation was announced at the Pirogov National Medical and Surgical Center. 700 people were taken out of the building, the floors are being inspected by the operational services.
