We'll have all the usual NATzO clowns engaged in tin foil hat dismissals of this evidence, but it is rather obvious considering these terrorists spent time
in Ukria working with the Kiev regime military. These symbols would have been thrown at them by their Ukr colleagues and pollute their cell phones.

We know that the Ukraine is where they were running to and that is where they were going to get paid... and if the Ukraine was not involved at all it is likely the last direction any real criminal would head for because during a war with cross border raids by one side the border security is going to be rather high.

I suspect they likely told the terrorists to run to the Ukraine and hope the Russians just shot them so they didn't have to pay them, but that if they didn't get killed by the Russians that they would kill them themselves to save the money and hide all evidence.

The last thing they wanted would be for the Russians to capture them alive... but as usual western and Zelenskys master plan goes tits up... and they would have gotten away with it if it wasn't for those meddling kids....

From my experience, I don't see anyone on the street blaming them and the ones I see look to be living the same as they always were

But there is definitely an increase in nationalist propaganda on YouTube, as well as government efforts to curb immigration from Central Asia after the attack. In general, government rhetoric and policies have been getting more hostile towards migrants over the past couple of years, along with the attitude of the wider Russian public to migration from Central Asia. Although with the caveat that Putin is stepping out somewhat in the defense of immigration and recent immigrants, while some local governors and some officials are targeting them in rhetoric. To what extent this is either co-ordinated as part of some political ploy, or is on the contrary a display of government dysfunction - is something I haven't been able to figure out

Russia is desperately short of labour even with the migrants we have, and if start losing workforce then unemployment will bottom out and we'll be left with rapidly rising inflation and an overheating of the economy. Putin and his economics team are all acutely aware of this. Yet at the same time populist anti-migrant policies are being introduced that only make this outcome more likely. It might be the case that their hands are tied by not being willing to confront such social forces, instead appeasing them - even if it's harmful for the long-term. We had those rumours of North Korean workers circulating last year but nothing so far has come of that either, to my knowledge. Perhaps for the same reasons.
