If Russia has to vacate Crimea because it is occupied, why don't Europeans vacate US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand because these countries are also occupied?

Same? Russians definitely use uranium penetrators, like old 3BM-32, but most modern Russian penetrators are composite/ceramic based.

It has nothing to do with that. Old rounds are sufficient for dealing with any Ukrainian armor. No need for DU penetrators. If they were necessary for a new threat, they would be used.

If people still are debating using DU, or some kind of "response" along these lines in Ukraine.
