This statement was made by the Ukrainian military leader during his speech at an extraordinary meeting of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, dedicated to the death of four servicemen in Donbas on March 26.

So by my count in bordering Russian Regions are stationed the following number of BTG's plus (additional reinforced in 48 hours):

Crimea - 5 (+3)  
Rostov - 8 [+8]
Voronezh - 2
Belgorod - 4
Kursk - 0 (+2)
Bryansk - 4 (+2)

In addition there are 4 brigades and 2 regiments in Donetsk plus 3 brigades and 1 regiment in Luhansk of very professional LDNR troops.

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted a resolution on the statement regarding the escalation of the Russia-Ukraine armed conflict, which demands Russia to immediately stop hostilities and completely fulfill its international obligations.

The Verkhovna Rada also adopted a law on the reform of military commissariats, allowing Ukraine's President to mobilize reservists without declaring full mobilization.
