According to RT, 4 new radar sets deployed around Moscow seem to by Lira 96L6

Moscow beefs up air defense with 4 new all-altitude radar stations

As Im aware those are still in the VKO. It could be that some kind of modernization was applied to them to increase the range or number of targets processed.

Actually they didn't say which radar they got, but photos on news show 96L6 radar.

Now, here is interesting question. If they actually got 96L6 radars, will they be part of S-400 battalions or will be independent early warning radars?

The S-400 batteries already have 96L6 radars on-site and deployed, so if these were intended for S-400s they'd likely represent new batteries that are forthcoming. That being said, deploying the 96L6 as an EW asset could make sense as well. There are a TON of older EW radars scattered about, and the 96L6 would make a useful replacement for the 36D6 series.

I just thought of something else. Remember that the S-300PM batteries got upgraded to Favorit-S standard? These 96L6 radars could now be deployed on-site with Favorit-S batteries.

    Not that I know.
Rezonans works is VHF radar. Its range is 1500 -2000 km range. (old model of Rezonans with 3 antenna array which where different in shape had 1100km range)

Definitively new radar complexes. I think we have to wait few days to get more info about them.

This is interesting, its shape looks similar to THAAD radar.

This must be a joke. Why would be a civil radar covered with masking net and in green color? Civil radars are usually in red-white color combination.

It says specialized radar station Demonstrator, natural example of civil purpose product (1:1). I think this "civil purpose" doesn't belong here.

    Sure:

    Avtobaza-M Passive Radar

-Provides monitor of pulsed and continuous radar signals of air and naval source; IFF signals; determination of the signal parameters and radar type; trajectory tracking of aerial and naval targets using their emitted radio electric signals; passing on of collected information to PVO command posts.
-Passive regime increases survivability of ECM and PVO units by 30-40%

    Characteristics:
    Working Frequency: .2 - 18 Ghz
Electronic 360 degree detection by azimuth, and 30 degrees elevation angle
    400 km detection range
Average range error - no more than 2% of range
    Library size - over 2000
Number of simultaneously tracked targets -150
    Deployment time - 3-5 minutes.
