I am far from healthy. I am overweight (although trying to fix that). Not like in the avatar I use but still am on the chubby side. So I had to cut sugar for most part out of my diet completely. If I want soda, it is diet. If I want some kind of sweet, I eat fruit of some sort.
My weakness is chocolate almonds. That shit is deadly good and I have to go through electro shock therapy like Bruce lee did with donuts to get me to stay away from them.
I am not a super health guru but one of the biggest issues with food consumption these days is that most of the stuff you eat is basically processed. That means it is laced with all sorts of unhealthy shit. So when you buy a piece of meat - buy it as natural as possible and not with all that tasty barbecue flavoured marinated sauce. Rather buy your own flavouring products that you know doesn't contain any unsavory stuff.
That sugar free soda you drink can also contain all sorts of REALLY bad things as well - like aspartame. Though disputed by health "authorities" it is carcinogenic. Reading food ingredient labels is quite important.
By reducing your carb and sugar intake and going for a nice walk in the park is a good way to get you on the right track to loose some weight.
