Not as far as I can read.

In that case they will proceed, see my edited post above.

Looks like some University/research campus building unshaven
Assad would happily trade that with East Ghouta/Douma. And so it happened.

Pentagon briefing, post-strikes. Lots of interesting info @03.33.

    Three facilities hit.

    1. Barzeh R&D (3 buildings) -- hit by 76 missiles:
    > 57 Tomahawks
    > 19 JASSM

    2. Him Shinshar CW storage (3 buildings) -- hit by 22 missiles:
    > 9 TLAMs (Tomahawk/Scalp Naval)
    > 8 UK Storm Shadow
    > 2 USN Naval Tomahaks
    > 2 French SCALP EG

    3. Him Shinshar bunkers (basically 1 or two bunkers) -- hit by 7 missiles:
    > 7 French SCALP-EG

It seems many of their missiles got intercepted, way too many...
It's 6 buildings and a few bunkers. I'm only using their info, are they stupid to poublicize this stuff?  What a Face

Basically in order to hit 3 buildings and a parking lot, in Damascus/Barzeh they wasted some 76 cruise missiles. lol1
Also I doubt those bunkers were taken out completely, possibly just the entrances.

Overall this operation is a clvstefvck of epic proportions.

That's the only targets hit so they have to say all the missiles were lunched at them while the truth is that most of them were intercepted like said by SAA.

    See my edited comments.
By publicizing this stuff, they admit that over 50% of their missiles (possibly over 75% sent to Barzeh) got shot down.
100 cruise missiles vs. 6 buildings and 2 bunkers just doesn't make sense, unless you plan for > 70% to be intercepted.

    @ lulldapull

Where is our place in the world ? We are with the people of the world . With the ordinary people who work and live at peace . Who do not wage war for profit . Who do not hide behind a desk and send others to die . Who live in their own homes .

These people have special powers . They occupy this space . It belongs to them . They know where to go . What to do . We have to respect them . Help them a little . This is our assymetric response .

    @isos

You are right . Who cares about OPCW report . The Europeans , know the truth . They knew it during the Iraq war . When they killed scientist Kelly . But knowing that is not enough . They must be motivated to act . And they have no reason to . Before Iraq war , they demonstrated in millions against " war " . Their collective memory was formed by WW2 and cold war . Fear of death , forced them to think . But now they refer to war as " action" . Like action in Libya . If a single missile should hit their capital , then they will start thinking about " war " and possibly OPCW . Until then they will think about size of stormy's boobs . But it is important for our people . They need to know .

Not sure, one truck carries 12 missiles right? Looks like they fired 6 at once! Can Pantsir fire that many at once? Anyone knows?

Do you know that French are the first nation to use chemical weapons...like... ever Very Happy? I know you are not really French you have French passport at best, but if you insist, i can tell you a thing or two about your country that you are not aware of.

Two targets at the time per launcher for Pantsir-S. Two channels. Its believed newer variants can attack 4 at the same time.

It looks like flares. There a promotional video of russian air def system where a system is shown that is made to protect air deence systems and it lunches flares and chaffs.

I don't think those are missiles.

It's a very grainy video, but you may be correct. I thought they looked like flares, definitely not medium or long range SAMs.
