The Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed all utility equipment in Yasinovataya (DPR) with cluster shells

The only utility company in Yasinovataya came under fire from NATO shells.

As a result, one worker and all the equipment, which was transferred to the city by the Chelyabinsk region administration that patronized it, were injured.

📝 “We were engaged in the removal of solid waste, household waste, also landscaping, pruning trees, and cleaning playgrounds. Now we have nothing to work with. We are the only enterprise in the city, we will still trim trees, but garbage collection... All our equipment has become unusable,” said an employee of the enterprise.

This is the signature style of the Ukronazis: in impotent anger they strike only at civilian targets, strike only at peaceful targets.

Meanwhile the Day of Reckoning is still coming

❗🇷🇺🇺Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has handed UN Secretary-General António Guterres the book "Ukrainian Crimes against Humanity (2022-2023)" by Maxim Grigoriev and Dmitriy Sablin.

The book presents evidence of crimes collected by the International Public Tribunal on the crimes of Ukrainian neo-Nazis and their accomplices. They are told by people who have suffered directly from the actions of Ukrainian troops, including parents of the affected children, people who have come under AFU shelling, blown up on mines, tortured and abused.

The book represents the interim results of the work of the International Public Tribunal, - Maxim Grigoriev noted. - All the collected evidence will be used in the trials on the crimes of Ukrainian neo-Nazis.

It is? I have opened it with no issues.
Anyway, long story short, a guy who was WIA with serious issues after treatment and restricted ability to move his arms with some shrapnel unremoved.
Still, he is to pay $1500 bribe to get "white card" of being unfit for duty.
Out of his team of 6, he is the last one still alive.
He is not going to get caught for war again, hiding somewhere in Lvov.
If they will catch him anyway, would rather shoot himself in the leg than become meat again. - citation.

Jokes aside, if that is how a direct hit of Storm Shadow looks like, rather hard to be impressed.
They would need a lot of them to really damage a larger base. 50+. Without those that would be shot down or jammed.

7 SS on four Fencers sounds a little strange...
And one came through. We could argue that a dude with a Verba standing on some roof top in the vincinity of the building could have prevented the hit, but...
We are back to the same conclusion. At least 6 of 7 shot down which led to minor damage to an old building (with all command and control functions are being fullfilled
by officers in some bunker at an unknown location). Meanwhile Russia hit the home of the planes with cruise missles and the mighty NATO air forces and AD units didn´t
    even saw them coming.

It might be a side view but I'd say that Austin didn't look very happy.
New movie being released? Fat and Fatter.

🚨 Russian Military Destroys German-Manned Leopard Tank in SMO Zone

    Thanks to @slr_coin
    for sharing!

LUGANSK, September 23 - RIA Novosti. Russian scouts have reported the destruction of a Leopard tank manned entirely by German servicemen, operating within Ukraine's territory, according to the commander of the reconnaissance group in the Zaporozhye direction, codenamed "Legend," who spoke to RIA Novosti.

"When we thwarted their attempted assault and neutralized (destroyed with anti-tank guided missiles - Editor's note) the Leopard, we approached the disabled vehicle hoping to extract information. To our surprise, we discovered that the tank's mechanic-driver was severely injured, while the rest of the crew had perished. Upon waking, the mechanic-driver saw us and started shouting 'nicht schießen' (don't shoot - Editor's note)," recounted the group commander.

"Legend" emphasized his proficiency in the German language, stating, "(The mechanic-driver of the downed tank - Ed.) reiterated several times that he wasn't a mercenary but a Bundeswehr serviceman, and the entire crew belonged to the same company."

He continued, "I was somewhat taken aback, of course, but then I realized that it doesn't matter whether it's a Ukrainian militant crew or German servicemen; the outcome remains the same: German tanks will burn, and even American tanks will burn, regardless of who's controlling them."

The Russian intelligence officer revealed that when he questioned the German soldiers, the doctor from their intelligence team indicated that the mechanic-driver had lost a significant amount of blood and suffered severe injuries.

"I asked the doctor how much time he had left, and the doctor replied - just a few more minutes. I informed the German serviceman that his wound was too grave, and he had little chance of survival. He expressed deep love for his child and wife and regretted his decision to come here. We began preparing him for evacuation, but he passed away, and a couple of minutes later, 'cargo 200' arrived (a term used for casualties in combat - Ed.)," shared "Legend."

The commander of the reconnaissance group directed a message to Western instructors, urging them to consider the consequences before engaging in conflict with Russian forces. "Let them think with their heads, about their children, wives, before confronting Russians," conveyed the scout.

Previously, Russia sent a note to NATO countries due to arms supplies to Ukraine. Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov emphasized that any cargo containing weapons for Ukraine would be a legitimate target for Russia. The Russian Foreign Ministry cautioned that NATO countries were "playing with fire" by arming Ukraine.

Dmitry Peskov, the Press Secretary of the Russian Federation's President, noted that the influx of Western weapons into Ukraine did not contribute to the success of Russian-Ukrainian negotiations and had a negative impact. Lavrov asserted that the United States and NATO were directly involved in the Ukraine conflict, not only supplying weapons but also providing training in the UK, Germany, Italy, and other nations.

They forced us to study accounting for a short while , as part of Engineering management  course . There I found out the importance of relative values in profit and loss on a periodic basis . It would be very helpful for us to have at hand numbers of imported equipment by Ukraine , from NATO group also , side by side with their losses . As would be similar numbers for Russian losses and replacements . In this way we can truly compare profit and loss ! Thanks .

Edit : Broski wrote " The only good thing about these successful strikes is that it will eventually force Russia to take Nikolaev and Odessa as NATO constantly uses its drones and spy planes in the black sea to help guide these cruise missiles to their targets. Making the Ukraine landlocked is the only way realistically to end these attacks on Crimea. " Good point . I used to think this too . But holding the coastline , will in reality only stop the launch of submersible and drone Boats , not anti-ship cruise missiles and other land /air launched missiles . They will simply get longer range weapons . To truly wipe them out , without a costly land war , is to have real-time satellite info , on location of launch and hit it with very fast missile , before they pack-up the picnic launch- box, and run away !

The overall shape and mental condition of the Ukro cannon fodder, written by The Times.

And so the beginning of the end...

It seems that Ukrainian TV has used footage from other sessions at the UN to make the crowd look rather bigger when Zelensky was speaking than it actually was, and a few people on line have noticed they actually show footage of Zelensky in the crowd cut into his speech so he appears to be watching his own speech.

It is pretty obvious that the crowd is much bigger in their version than were present when he actually spoke...

It is? I have opened it with no issues.

Maybe it defaults to charging foreigners to view their pages?

Is this really the Kremenchuk airfield that the Su-24 were supposed to have taken off from for the Naval HQ hit and was then visited by Russian cruise missiles?

I can't see a runway, it looks like a helicopter base.

The attack on the Black Sea Fleet HQ has been answered.

According to a Turkish source, the Kremenchuk airport (about 140km NW of Dnipro) just got whacked with a large number of cruise missiles.

They need more. Also perhaps more tanker so the AEW's can stay aloft longer. I have an old book on AEW preliminary design which, suggest at least 3 AEW's must be ready. 2 Airborne and 1 standby to maximize reliability and situational awareness.

⚡White House Speaker Karine Jean-Pierre denied media reports on Biden's decision to provide ATACMS missiles to Ukraine:

"US President Joe Biden has already said repeatedly that the transfer of ATACMS is possible in the future. I do not have any new information on this matter."

Apparently, the NBC broadcast was made in order to sweeten the bitter pill for zelensky from a completely disastrous visit to the United States.

Russian Defence Ministry report on the progress of the special military operation (17–23 September 2023)

▫ In the period from 17 to 23 September 2023, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation carried out 12 group strikes with long-range ground-based and air-launched precision weapons and unmanned aerial vehicles against facilities for the repair of aircraft and armoured vehicles, oil refineries, storage depots for ammunition, precision weapons, and weapons of foreign manufacture, centres for the reconnaissance and training of Ukrainian militants, as well as locations where foreign mercenaries were stationed.

▫ As a result of the strikes, significant damage was inflicted on the logistics system of the AFU groups operating in Kherson and Zaporozhye directions, the capabilities of the enemy's repair and recovery bodies were reduced, and part of the stocks of cruise missiles and depleted uranium ammo, launchers of multiple-launch rocket launchers, and anti-aircraft missile systems transferred by the West to Ukraine were destroyed.

▫ In Donetsk direction, units of the Yug Group of Forces have repelled 28 attacks launched by assault groups of the 53rd and 110th Mechanised, 79th Air Assault, and 3rd Assault brigades of the Ukrainian Armed Forces close to Kleshcheyevka, Avdeevka, and Maryinka (Donetsk People's Republic) during this period.

▫ Over the past week, as a result of air, missile, and artillery strikes in this direction, the enemy's losses amounted to more than 1,455 Ukrainian troops killed and wounded, 16 tanks and other armoured fighting vehicles, 25 motor vehicles, 15 field artillery pieces, and three MLRS combat vehicles. In addition, three ammunition depots and two military echelons of the 37th AFU Marine Brigade were destroyed at loading stations.

▫ In South Donetsk direction, Russian units have repelled five enemy attacks with concerted action during the week, continuing to defeat clusters of AFU manpower and hardware. The enemy's losses in this direction amounted to over 950 Ukrainian servicemen killed and wounded, 14 armoured fighting vehicles, 32 motor vehicles, and five field artillery pieces. In addition, two ammunition depots were wiped out.

▫ As a result of the significant losses and the low morale, the Kiev regime is withdrawing units of the 38th Marine Brigade and the 110th Territorial Defence Brigade of the AFU to rear areas to restore combat capability.

▫ In Zaporozhye direction, Russian troops repelled eight attacks by combined assault groups of the 71st Jeager, 47th Mechanised, and 46th Airmobile brigades of the AFU near Rabotino and Verbovoye (Zaporozhye region). During the fighting, more than 515 Ukrainian servicemen, 24 armoured fighting vehicles and 19 motor vehicles were destroyed. In addition, 35 enemy field artillery pieces were neutralised as part of counter-battery warfare.

▫ In Kupyansk direction, Russian units continued to hit the manpower and equipment of the 14th, 30th and 32nd mechanised and 25th airborne brigades of the AFU in the areas of Sinkovka, Ivanovka, and Berestovoye (Kharkov region). More than 215 Ukrainian troops, six armoured fighting vehicles, 18 motor vehicles, 24 field artillery guns, and one U.S.-made M1097 Avenger missile system were destroyed in this area.

▫ In Krasny Liman direction, units of the 63rd and 67th mechanised brigades and the 12th Special Operations Brigade made unsuccessful attempts to attack the positions of Russian troops near Yampolovka and Torskoye (Donetsk People's Republic) Chervonaya Dibrova (Lugansk People's Republic) and Serebryansky forestry. As a result of courageous action by units of the Tsentr Group of Forces, air strikes, artillery fire and heavy flame-throwing systems, 15 enemy attacks were repelled.

▫ The enemy's losses in this direction amounted to up to 435 Ukrainian servicemen killed and wounded, 15 armoured fighting vehicles, 16 motor vehicles, and eight guns.

▫ In Kherson direction, the enemy made unsuccessful attempts to seize bridgeheads on islands and the left bank of the Dnepr River. In military operations, the AFU have lost up to 445 Ukrainian troops, nine armoured fighting vehicles, 35 motor vehicles, 11 field artillery guns. In addition, eight sabotage and reconnaissance groups were disabled.

▫ During the week, the enemy attempted to strike facilities on the Crimean Peninsula with cruise missiles and unmanned aerial vehicles. In the course of repelling the attacks, Russian air defence systems destroyed five cruise missiles, one Neptun anti-ship missile, and 37 attack drones.

▫ Fighter jets of the Russian Armed Forces and air defence system have destroyed the following aircraft over the past week: Su-24m, Mig-29, and two Su-25 ground-attack aircraft of the Ukrainian Air Force near Novovladimirovka (Nikolayev region) and Novorozovka and Novopokrovka (Zaporozhye region).

▫ In addition, Russian strike drones hit a Ukrainian Mig-29 fighter jet at the Dolgintsevo airfield (Dnepropetrovsk region), as well as two ST-68 radar stations for detecting low-altitude aerial targets near Volnyansk (Zaporozhye region) and P-18 and PRV-16 radar stations for detecting aerial targets near Novopetrovka (Kherson region).

▫ Air defence and electronic warfare systems have shot down and suppressed 257 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles during the week and intercepted 46 HIMARS MLRS shells, nine Storm Shadow cruise missiles, two JDAM air bombs, and three HARM anti-radiation missiles.

Give them a moment, they will do better - Storm Shadows are being intercepted on a daily basis, and heavily studied, weak points will be revealed and exploited. Soon, entire salvos will end up hitting the sea or something, as it was with the Tomahawks.
Russian AWACS should have been able to identify the terrain hugging missiles before they hit the target. But they missed.

Also, Russia has a relatively large satellite network that can also detect missiles like Storm Shadow.

NATO radars are passing information to Ukraine. The exact nature of the information would be a secret, but Ukraine is getting the information and that's the reason why they blow the air raid sirens, before the missiles hit.

This evaluation does not match my opinion. The targeting is done mostly by US satellites. Reconnaissance aircraft are used to spot incoming planes, missiles, and ships.
