When France and the EU and NATO and Europe and the west in general stops telling Russia and the rest of the world what to do then Russia and the rest of the world will stop doing the same for you.

I guess I'm blind, but I hardly see a difference between Russia and the US. Also, what are the actual numbers for China and Japan? According to most studies, Chinese, Japanese and (South) Korean IQs are almost identical, i.e. around 105, and so are American and Russian at slightly below 100.

It's quite possible that the impact of the 90s still lingers in Russia even when it comes to IQs (this can clearly be seen in Ukraine), but it will not last for much longer. Russia also has minorities with considerably worse results, especially in North Caucasus, although their impact should be limited. That said, American trends are worse.

In my opinion the modest differences between different "European" (including USA, Canada, Australia, etc.) and East Asian countries are not particularly relevant, and the estimates obviously are not 100% accurate either. The actually important point is that there are countries with high average IQs that are still "developing countries" (China, Vietnam, some other Southeast Asian countries, even Eastern Europe to an extent still) and those that have much lower IQs (basically all the rest, Brazil, India, to say nothing of Sub-Saharan Africa and even the Middle East).

Of course, all of this is very politically incorrect wrongthink. But I don't see that as an example of "Western propaganda" against Russia.

Regarding a reassessment of WWII by the US...

Nice to see some sanity in the USA. He does make the boiler plate plug for Lend-Lease, but the rest of his talk is very good.

In his defence he does mention that Lend Lease was largely effective in operation Bagration in the sense that it made it easier... it didn't win the war but it made that operation faster and more effective than it otherwise would have.

The important thing is that this guy teaches their military... but not their politicians...

Well even looking at the article, they admit it is a new area of nuclear power technology, an area the west failed at and gave up upon, but it holds the promise of being able to turn tens of thousands of tons of spent nuclear fuel rod waste into fuel again that can be used over and over... now correct me if I am wrong, but isn't that something worth spending a little money and time trying to achieve instead of the western solution of burying spend fuel rods or making them into armour penetration rounds and firing them at enemy during wars on foreign territory essentially poisoning enemy territory but also friendly troops...

A bit like criticising the Wright Brothers because their entire first flight could have taken place within the wingspan of a Bear bomber and the first two could have taken place between the spread wings of a Blackjack...
