Putin was pushing the Turkish Stream project and inviting Erdogan into the EEU when it was clear to everyone that Erdogan was a racist, fascist, Islamist Hitleresque piece of shit, so I am not convinced Putin has any idea what he is doing. Maybe he does, though.

In an ideal world, he'd send 100,000 troops to Syria and hang those al-Nusra-loving Turkmen from trees, and he would begin a program to massively arm the PKK with advanced weaponry.

From the treatment of the pilots, we can safely assume this is a declaration of war from FSA to Russia. I wonder if this will put boots on the ground on that border by the side of Russia. The public opinion would certainly support that after this. And this would untie Putin's hands on the issue.

And he invited Erdogan to sit side by side him on the opening of the mosque in Moscow some month ago.
Putin has no idea but has good propaganda tools to make sure it looks that way.

While on one hand I agree about graphic images taken by scum, at the moment somehow I feel that we should see these scenes. To observe what kind of sadistic and pure evil the West is allied with and has cooperated with for more than half a century. Agreed, he also basically called Turks a coward cockroaches for turning to NATO (US) skirt and running from one-on-one with Russia. Some heavy words in diplomatic packaging, Turkey should expect very painful retaliation. Putin wasn˙t this serious since 8/8/8 war.

Downing of Su-24 'Will Have Serious Consequences' for Russia-Turkey Ties


Tragedy with Russian Su-24 downed in Syria to have serious consequences for Moscow-Ankara relations, Vladimir Putin stated.

Russia's president stated that the incident with Su-24 in Syria is beyond regular war against terrorism.

"Instead of contacting us immediately Turkey addressed their NATO partners — as if it was us who downed their plane, not vice versa," Putin said.

"Our jet fell six kilometers away from the border, within Syrian arispace."

A Russian Su-24 was shot down over Syria on Tuesday, according to reports from the Russian Defense Ministry. The two pilots were able to eject from the plane, although their current fate is unknown.

Putin isn't going to issue blood-curdling threats in the same fashion that mindless African dictators openly threaten to kill their enemies from opposing tribes.  We all understand that rosy, bull-shit words like 'partners' are necessary in the global political arena. Russia must act. Russia will act or risk emboldening their enemies.  

PS: I too get frustrated and sometimes think that Russia extends far too much courtesy to the United States and its whores -- courtesy that is never reciprocated.

Im not sure what you giys were expecting putin to say, whatever it is, thats not putins style. He always talks softly, but even so, his words were quite damning.

This is the man who calls his enemies 'partners', so to go out and call this a stab in the back by the accomplices of terrorism is pretty hardline from his usual style. Make no mistake about it, putin will act. He wont scream or shout, but he will act.
