Somewhere outside Syria, but not too far away.

    https://mobile.almasdarnews.com/article/syrian-army-captures-new-points-inside-darayya/

Beirut, Lebanon (7:10 A.M.) – On Monday morning, the Lebanese Army’s 5th Intervention Regiment carried out a special operation to destroy a Jabhat Al-Nusra base near the Syrian border-crossing in Jaroud ‘Arsal.

The Lebanese Army’s assault proved successful, as their forces overwhelmed the Jabhat Al-Nusra militants at the latter’s base inside the town of Dahr Al-Safa.

According to a Lebanese Army source in Beirut, at least 6 Jabhat Al-Nusra fighters were killed and 2 armored vehicles were destroyed during the attack on Monday.

In addition to their assault on Nusra’s positions in Jaroud ‘Arsal, the Lebanese Army also shelled several sites under the control of the Islamic State of Iraq and Al-Sham (ISIS) in the Ba’albak Highlands.

I surely hope Russia is prepared to react appropriately this time for another possible Backstabbing from Turdkey.., Rolling Eyes

Update: So far 800 Terrorist Pigs were killed in Aleppo according to SF, now there are demands from Washington and Ankara for a stop in air raids throughout the battlefront, perhaps in a desperate attempt to prevent further loses on part of their jihadi dogs. I wish they double the bombings and send a message to USAtan and Retardkey that they dont give a F◆◆◆

Airstrike at Al Hikma, the camera is in the Al Assad suburbs to the north, facing south. You can see the 1070 Complex on the left, which is the SAA front line. This hit right on the terrorist's foremost position.

    The airstrike happened approximately here:

They can rant all they want, zero f*cks will be given by relevant parties.

Only thing that matters now is that siege holds and that Aleppo becomes open air morgue before SAA moves in and cleans that rat hole.

Anyway, I hope the SAA makes use of these attempts to break through as a way to grind down the numbers of jihadi vermin.

Hopefully SAA won't lose any ground or else SAA soldiers will lose morale and defect to the American backed terrorists and things will get very nasty for SAA and Russians.

Following a long and gruesome battle, the jihadist rebels were forced to retreat from Al-Huwayz Hill and the nearby sawmills, leaving the Syrian Arab Army in full control of the Al-Ramouseh District.

Making matters worse for the jihadist rebels, they sustained a high number of casualties during the battle on Tuesday, marking this day as one of their most devastating defeats this year in the Aleppo Governorate.

Rebels supply lines under the aleppo belt created by Syrian army are effectively cut , from Turkey
and IDLIB perhaps is too far for supplies .. So this means the terrorist cannot sustain for long a war in western aleppo because there will be no one to supply them with weapons with the Russian airforce bombing their pickups and resupplies.

So thins means Time is on the side of Russia and Syria as long they hold the siege
of aleppo the supply lines inside the central city and west and south of it outside the main siege
will suffer sooner or later from supply problems. Either food supplies and water  will weaken them significantly to fight. munition supplies too , Fuel supplies problems will mean they will be unable to lead any anything 30km to 50km distance of their zones if have to walk on foot.

The fact that Russian Government , the defense ministry said their estimates shows
about 10,000 jihadis in the aleppo offensive. Shows the level of desperation of the
terrorist to lift the siege and NATO panic of city being liberated.

The Russian aid helicopter was shot down NOT by US backed militias but by the special forces of the US Army.

I had a feeling they would do this because this is the only reason why the US has boots on the ground in Syria.

Nope...they got two OFABS just inside Artillery Academy. Whole "assault group" "grouped". There are some nice pictures on Interwebs. Also Sawmills got treated with APERS. About 28 bodies pulled.

    VKS in da house boys.

About Mil-8, there were persisting rumours that the helicopter was shot above 4000m (which is too low for a clear sky and too high for good observation). In any case, flying over there was a mistake.

Rather just acknowledged by the beardies. It was clean at dawn. Word is that four AFV's en route to sawmills were hit 25km from staging point on trailer trucks. This means they have lost enough AFV's for this round and are bringing up "reserves".

Kotemore, with current rate of attrition, how long until Jihadi offensive capabilities run out?

Those 10,000 men cannot (obviously) be supported from within Aleppo Governorate - so supplying this force creates a huge logistical burden on forces elsewhere.

Probably not until Saturday. IMO the idea was to break in 3 points along the area a. NASR via highway. b. Al Shurfa via Artillery base/Academy. c. Huwaiz junction with Ameriyah. They thought that 3 axis would at least permit a break in somewhere. Well somehow, a bomb got in the way in both Nasr and Artillery base and Huwaiz was reinforced by Hizb on Sucnday...

Also 10000 men is an exageration. The front is too narrow for that number, that would be probably the whole Aleppo forces in a 15x25km area. Let me tell you about God Sukhoi and his Prophet the RBK-500.

    Geneva consultations on Syria

Military and political results were achieved on Syria at the Geneva talks between Russian and US experts but Washington once again tries to revise agreements, the Russian Deputy Foreign Minister also said.

Military-political results were achieved but, unfortunately, something that happens all the time lately has happened again - precisely, Washington’s attempts to revise agreements reached at the negotiations table," Ryabkov said.

"As soon as new results are reached, new requests, demands, recommendations emerge on the next day," the diplomat added. "When US colleagues start to feel that we are not ready to change, clarify or adjust anything on Washington’s first demand, the nature of such demands immediately transforms into ultimatums," he continued. "This destroys everything that has been so hard to achieve on the military track and with the help of foreign ministries," the deputy foreign minister concluded.

I think < 5,000 is the most sensible claim floating around right now.

The rebel's own casualty figures put them at 250 dead, 500+ wounded. Both of which are going to be conservative. Regardless, this is almost 1 out of 5 fighters lost.
