Now Erdogan with Americans help will deploy at Turkey border 90km ballistic missiles
    to hit "ISIS positions"

    http://www.presstv.com/Detail/2016/05/11/465017/Turkey-Syria-military-operation-Jarablus-Kilis-Daesh

How many wants to bet Syrian and Russian soldiers will be killed?

Hope Syria give an ultimatum Turkey very clear ,that will bomb those ballistic missiles if attack
their country with them. to protect their soldiers.

The Russian military base in latakia and Syrian soldiers in Aleppo are perfectly in range from those ballistic missiles.I hope Mr Putin have an strategy ,a plan C,  when Turkey and Americans , start bombing Syrian army gained positions away of all the zones around alepo ,that is all the gains that Russia airforce helped Syrian army to liberate. using Himars ballistic missiles. No

it will get ugly. The pentagon is aiming at provoking a major war, kick Syrian army away of any part of Aleppo and pull Russia into the war with Turkey in defense of Syrian army.

HIMARS has range exceeding 300 km. Shocked  That means Turkey can strike Latakia, Homs, Hama, Aleppo, and almost Damascus without entering Syria. Putin better have a Plan 0 to counter this. Obama is leaving office in a few months and all hell is going to break loose.

They can be lethal if you are in the wrong place ,but they dont have a lot of precision. They were stopped from being used in Afganistan after one ended in a civilian village. Aside that
Pantsirs ,buks and S-400s can intercept them. Still is a major hostile provocation from Turkey
and an ultimatum will have to be given to Erdogan that if use ballistic missiles across border
against Syria ,no matter the pretext , that the Syrian forces will destroy the missiles positions.
So good news is they are not very precise , but still is a major aggression from Turkey.

ISIS is now within striking distance of the T-4 Military Airport that harbors not only Syrian Air Force jets, but also, aerial assets that belong to the Russian Air Force; specifically, their MI-28NE attack

    https://www.almasdarnews.com/article/isis-captures-muhajarah-base-near-t-4-airport/ | Al-Masdar News

So now ISIS is a strike distance of the Russian airforce.
There are unconfirmed reports of a major rift between IRAN and Russia .
All this things should not happen ,it lowers the morale not only of Syrian army ,but also
of Russian soldiers. Watching how Syrians are being killed and Lavrov claims
at the same time the cease of fire is " holding. "

Either Russia is planning something im not aware ,or they are already out of funds ,to continue
    with the fight against ISIS.

actually those numbers are very very low. for 5 years of fighting it is.
They have been in the front line not only in Syria but IRAQ too. The Syrian army for example
it is said lost aboit 100,000 soldiers between regular army and nation volunteers armed civilians in the fight.

ISIS alone had 75,000 fighters at one time ,according to FSB number. The rebel terrorist ,between militians and civilians volunteers who took rifles to help ,combined had to be a force of 350,000 . Since the start of the conflict.

Terrorists took Zara village and slaughtered civilians. This is all Putin's fault. Putin promised to provide air support to liberate Idlib, then broke his promise when he signed peace treaty with Obama. Look at these photos. The blood of these civilians is on Putin's hands.

    https://twitter.com/sayed_ridha/status/730745981092777984

If SAA had 10% of the hardware Russia has, all the terrorists in Syria would be dead by now. Russia has hardware, but does not use them for the good of humanity.

Not insane, typical. They missed the axis of attack. And found themselves on the killzone.

Obama is deploying HIMARS that can hit Damascus from Turkey. This is getting out of hand. Trump and Hillary are war hawks. Obama is a man of peace, but he is bound to serve the interests of the Wall Street globalists who want to kill Russia for global domination.

this is hasn't been a good time for the SAA and its allies, there not making any progress and the only thing were hearing that is kinda positive is more air strikes, the SAA have actually started to lose ground and more troops. Maybe going after Aleppo city and southern Aleppo might have been a mistake, i think the SAA should have strengthened their positions first and took other key areas, as long as the Turkish border is open southern Aleppo and Aleppo will be too hard to crack. The SAA and its allies havent really sent more troops, while the FSA etc are constantly getting foreign fighters sent over the border from Turkey. Without major gains the SAA will lose over time. In Deir ez Zor the SAA have been really good, but its onlly a matter of time before they are wittled away to a point they will be over run. Russia and Iran now need to up their game, Iran needs to deploy additional troops i'd say 16,000 and Russia needs to send more hardware, i.e more tanks, artillery, heli's and more fixed wing. This needs to happen ceasefire are not working in certain areas. and with big assault the rebels and their backers wont have enough time to react and be over run, a massive force pushing from Latakia right the way up the Turkish borders and then spreading east would block the Turkish border and leave the rebels in a giant cauldron

Actually according to SOHR the losses are firmly on Rat and ISIS side. On Khan Tuman area alone the current numbers are 130 / 98 (Rats/SAA). This war is clearly dragging its feet and losses are tremendous, because there is no urgency for the respective "godfathers" to end it.

I'm afraid this year it's going to be loss after loss. Eis, Khalidiyah, Khan Touman, Jarjisah, Zara. That's 5 losses in a row. Only next year when Obama is out of office and the peace treaty is cancelled by Trump or Hillary will Russia start bombing terrorists and reverse losses. This whole year is a bust because Putin got outplayed by Obama at chess.
