-second is to let the the first move work within Ukraine , politicaly and economicaly .. press for autonomy of the east , and deside as U go, for the next move

Crimea joining Russia is s strategic victory, by cutting off the White-stream pipeline and the fact that the Black Sea gas fields will be under Russian control basically destroying any hopes of undermining the South-Stream pipeline, and maintaining the Crimean base of military operations means Russia will have both sides of Black Sea covered with strategic bases, it also means that S-500's stationed in Crimea will be helpful in strategic nuclear deterrence against European NATO.

I'm not too sure, I'm no expert on Crimean military affairs (I do know a little about the Crimean War), I can't really comment on artillery deployments.

Ukraine’s defense ministry reports that shots were fired by Russian soldiers at Ukrainian troops and at least one Ukrainian soldier was wounded.
