How does this work that Russia doesnt see Hezbollah as a terror organization and cooperate with them in Syria yet at the same time they work closely with Israel?

Russia and Israel agreed to stay out of each other's business. It is called compartmentalization, something mature and responsible countries do....

Delta, a Ukraine-born former soldier in the Israel Defense Forces, spoke to JTA Thursday on condition of anonymity. He explained how he came to use combat skills he acquired in the Shu’alei Shimshon reconnaissance battalion of the Givati infantry brigade to rise through the ranks of Kiev’s street fighters. He has headed a force of 40 men and women — including several fellow IDF veterans — in violent clashes with government forces.
Several Ukrainian Jews, including Rabbi Moshe Azman, one of the country’s claimants to the title of chief rabbi, confirmed Delta’s identity and role in the still-unfinished revolution.

like with the syrian videos same in ukraine, i just watched all the videos and readed all the rumors over the time, checked all the interesting ones myself etc.

In a defense of SAA , they could advance more along Al-Ghaab plain but there is no point until Al-Akrad and Salma are in terrorists hands , they would just overextend themselves, problem is Salma and surrounding have been in enemy hands for almost three years and had a plenty of time to fortify their position.
