Not all direct hits but as they showed if you fire several rockets at each target you can assure destruction of what you are after...
The very shallow angle of the last few rockets suggests they were launched at near the max range of the weapons, so that level of accuracy is pretty good... and they clearly have decent sized HE warheads when looking at the damage those rockets that hit that group of vehicles showed.
