Current media reports:

Iran has confirmed the launch of drones and announced the imminent launch of missile attack with the IRGC's large-scale missile, according to Iranian media

Iran launched the first wave (reportedly around 50 units) of kamikaze drones toward Israel and it will take up to nine hours to reach their target

Second and third waves of drones was also launched by Iran, Israeli media reported

No airplanes in the airspace of Israel, Syria, Lebanon, Jordan, Yemen and near Baghdad.

Edit: Iran informed the U.S that they have their bases and carriers pre-targeted with multiple weapon systems if they get involved with the attack on Israel.

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

"Indeed, we, even the criminals, seek revenge."

The noble Islamic Republic of Iran, beloved by martyrs, in response to the numerous evil crimes of the Zionist regime, including the attack on the consular section of the Iranian Islamic Republic Embassy in Damascus and the martyrdom of Iranian military leaders and advisors, the brave men of the Aerospace Force, supported by other forces, and as part of the punishment for the criminal Zionist regime during Operation "Promise of the Truth" with the sacred symbol "O Messenger of Allah (PBUH)", carried out a wide-ranging military operation against targets inside the occupied territories using dozens of missiles and drones.

Israel began intercepting Iranian drones over Syria and Jordan - Israeli Channel 12

over 500 objects are being tracked on radar towards israel.

also British have scrambled everything they have from Cyprus to attempt interception before they reach israel.

On the contrary, It tells and shows many things.

first off is the complete fear and panic in U.S and Isreali circles beforehand.

They imagined they still had free reign in the middle east, but clearly they have not.
And what always hung as the sword of damocles over the middle eastern powers was Isreals doomsday nuclear plan.
That made them hesitant to be willing to escalate with israel.

But clearly Iran overcame it and launched a full attack directed at israel.
Where all muslim nations failed to do something against Israel and it's U.S Master.
Iran stepped up and stuck its neck now out there.

Even as this attack is ongoing, and it will certainly result in escalation and strikes back and forth.
it has shown the U.S and Israel that Iran is ready to bleed to stand up for itself.
Nuclear threat included. neither of them expected this.

I have massive respect for Iran right now for taking this path.
i hope it does end in Iran's favour.
But i guess as they would say. Only Allah knows.

For now we can only watch.

Edit: Iraq and Syria will not oppose Iranian weapons.
Syria will also engage it's air defenses against Israeli aircraft entering it's airspace.

So this attack is really serious. The drones are probably just there to overwhelm the air defenses. In a few minutes we will see what they will hit. Maybe even an airbase?

What you are all missing , is that Iranians will fight this war for many generations ! Like they had to fight the Greeks and Romans . If that is what it takes ! The important point is that Iran directly attacked , and set a precedent for future generations . History has been made . It also means Iran is nuclear . Very busy over Israeli skies right now ! Heard that Israelis will assess battle damage after 24 hours , and decide on counter strike .
