35k right now. No way to know when that Bitcoin was donated and what the price was and for what value did Ukraine liquidate it into cash. Or they just hold it. No answer to your question.

The military naval shipyard was targeted this morning, and another attack on the naval bases radar station. The naval facility had a minor modernization paid for by USA to host NATO ships. The civilian shipyards three in total I believe haven't been attacked.
