So finally we can have clean water for Damas Very Happy

    https://mobile.almasdarnews.com/article/2600-militants-lay-arms-syrias-damascus-province/

Residents of the Wadi Barada River valley, a region, which supplies water to Syria’s Damascus province are finally returning to normal civilian life.

More than 2,600 gunmen that were active there have laid down their arms. Those who refused to return to a ‘normal’ life have been evacuated by the authorities to the Idlib province with their families, Colonel Alexander Blinkov, Spokesman for the Russian Center for Reconciliation of the Warring Parties in Syria, told reporters.

    Why would Azerbaijan be with Russia and Iran when;

-Karabakh is under control of Russian supported Armenians
-Iran is the only country which frees Armenia from being landlocked by Turkey and Azerbaijan in terms of supplies.
    -Azerbaijanis are not secterian Shiite.
-Their Shiite belief is not the same with of Iranians.
-They speak the same language with Turks, because they are also Turkic.
-They have a project called TANAP with Turkey which is only one of great projects in the energy field.
-Turkey being a military technology supplier for Azerbaijan.
-Turkey and Azerbaijan have a saying "One nation, two states"

Even Iran does not see Azerbaijan as a sovereign entity and even claim Azerbaijan as a part of Iran,at least by heart.

Turkey is not a sectarian country, neither is Azerbaijan....

You are Turk obviously. No-one else would say what you said. This is only Turkish imperialism and propaganda, that even affects to Syria, because the Turkic population of Syria are and speak Azerbaijani, and not Turk.

Turkish forces look like shit on that. Looks like no tunnel was dug or nothing, just very sound tactical movement by ISIS.

if you are referring to Scottish politicians and the government in Holyrood .. i think you will find the government in Scotland stood up to Obama and Clinton to mind their own effing business in regards to releasing convicted Lockerbie bomber (convicted on evidence provided by a CIA paid informant) abdelbaset al-megrahi ... US senate asked Alex Salmond to appear before them ... Alex Salmond's response was the first minister of Scotland does not answer to the US senate, Scottish government also opposed the bombing of Libya, Syria and when the war on Serbia the current government the SNP opposed the bombing of Serbia ... politically wise Scots are nothing like Westminster and the rest of the UK.. that is why we will be having another referendum within the year ... i will reiterate he is off his head if he thinks he can set up safe zones in Syria

Oh but while I've not seen them in the flesh, I just watched about 30 minutes of Hizb ATGM work in Aleppo. One thing, Russia has been a very naughty Superpower.Among the many Konkurs-M fired Hizb has been using some pretty "cutting edge" stuff, incluing brand New FARA and Aistinyok radars. Those guys operationals are really, really well equipped.

Calm: I'm going to make a map of Isis tactical advance towards Al Bab hospital. These guys have military experience, like honest to God military experience. I'm betting a lot on former Iraqi Army guys trained by the US.

Also what's the deal with the DDR AK's (MPiKM from NVA stocks now dumped to jihadis...Honecker would be proud).

Yeah, its very suprising when you see HEAT effect on target, there is very little "real" damage that you would expect, some scortch and... tiny winy hole that dips liquid metal... sort of disturbing i must add.

Looking forward for that map. But it's strange that Turks can't capture one hospital giving all firepower and technological edge.

It sort of raises that question doesn't it...
Or its simply the reality of ISIS crack troops, which in turn gives me a hell of a lot more respect for SAA & co.

Ok, let us say that they have a seperate nation. This still does not change the fact that they are Turkic.Yes,this is a fact and this fact will change a lot.

If you still dont believe just check out some youtube videos and see what Azerbaijani people think about Turkey.

Even though Azerbaijan is a shiite majority country, Iran hates Azerbaijan and supports Armenia even if Armenians are Christian and Azerbaijan is Shiite Muslim.

You have not provided a single shred of counter-evidence other than the vapid bleating about "Soviet propaganda". The fact that
Azeris are Shi'ite is a show stopper for any claims by Turkey on this country. And if you want to roll the clock back 2000 years then
everything is meaningless since current nations and ethnic groups did not exist back then. So current nationalist claims based on
mythical past history are utter BS.

Even Iran does not see Azerbaijan as a sovereign entity and even claim Azerbaijan as a part of Iran,at least by heart.

Turkey is not a sectarian country, neither is Azerbaijan....

You are Turk obviously. No-one else would say what you said. This is only Turkish imperialism and propaganda, that even affects to Syria, because the Turkic population of Syria are and speak Azerbaijani, and not Turk.

    https://www.ethnologue.com/country/SY/languages

The Turk and the Azerbaijani are separate nations and languages:

    https://www.ethnologue.com/subgroups/turkic-1

Note that the Turk is not present in Syria. Only the Turkish military and paramilitary forces speak Turk in Syria.

    https://www.ethnologue.com/language/azb/19
    https://www.ethnologue.com/language/azj/19

    https://www.ethnologue.com/language/tur/19

Also Azerbaijan is the second most shiite country after Iran. The muslim population of Azerbaijan is approximately a 95%. Of them 85% are shiite.

    http://files.preslib.az/projects/remz/pdf_en/atr_din.pdf

    Clear Soviet propaganda...

I have couple Azerbaijani friends.I talk to them with Turkish, and they speak Azerbaijani, and clearly Azerbaijani is nothing but very similar to eastern accent of Turkish.

All of these claims you made is only on papers, and even the name "Azeri" is an invention of Soviets.Only the region was known to be Azerbaijan, which is originally a Persian word.

Before teaching me Turkic nations, learn what Oghuz tribes means and what is the current distribution of these.

Ok,lets see Azerbaijan people. You wanted proof...

Azerbaijani made video "what do you think about Turkey"

    https://youtu.be/kGHj0b4uMKo

Speech of Erdogan in Azerbaijani assembly. After saying "we are one nation two states" everybody applauds...

    https://youtu.be/qHERM4txTto

Erdogan and Aliyev does not use any translators since they both speak Turkish.

    https://youtu.be/CqFDJboYYlk

    Turkey and Azerbaijan against Armenia.

    https://youtu.be/YXQv-5Cvgo0

    Joint military exercise TurAz

    https://youtu.be/VbfjrGSoWlA

    Another joint exercise

    https://youtu.be/fUvDBj1x6nQ

They ask to Azerbaijanis "What would be your side if Turkey and Russia were in fight with each other?"

    https://youtu.be/4JPuhV0ChHM

If you are still stagnant, I will not insist and I guess this is enough of discussion.Azerbaijanis being Shiite is not a stopper to these two countries from being BROTHERS.

The real BS is Iranian so called religious verdicts and Azerbaijanis dont believe even once...
