Tells a lot about all the shitty weapons they bought from the US. Once the bear is awake and hungry they need new weapons from Asia.

Poland is now part of the free west and is not allowed to buy from China or Russia or anyone else the US tells them they can't buy from... or they will be punished.

That is more or less correct, but to fulfill the view, I can tell you that Poland has not a single penny to pay that shit.
The only cash that will follow with the current govt are bribes given to the US.
To put you in a proper perspective - you are discussing delusions of people on pair with Ukro propaganda.

They are US whore. Now they saw how US sold Ukrops and all EU for its own interest so they buy weapons that might do something in a war.

If you separate actions from words and just listen to what Poland says, they are the yappy little dog that no one likes and everyone wishes would just fking shut the hell up... no one cares about you you are a nobody that is not important... barking there under the skirt of the US...
Russia was not interested in invading anyone till the US made it necessary by arming the Ukraine and building bio weapons labs and shelling the people in the east... not to mention the threat of nuclear weapons and wanting to seize back the Crimea.
Poland and HATO should be very happy... they got what they wanted... but still they bitch and moan and complain...

I like the poles but they are in the wrong in all this as their once sleeping hatred of Russia has been reawakened by the west. They are wrong. They want to see the west dismantle Russia. Balkanize it. God is not with them.

Everyone is being melodramatic about Poland and some age old hatred or whatever.
No just Washington puppet is Washington puppet, and all rhetoric is devoted to that end.
The Polish establishments' chief goal in service to Anglo-American interests is blocking Russia. With the other goal being to block Germany.

Dunno I've heard a lot of pretty hysterical poles talk about the current conflict. But as you live in the region you probably know much more than I do. I do know there are also a lot of poles who see the crap going on in their country. Is it true that politicians are trying to pass laws that give martial law like powers to the government?

Its very easy to throw out these grocery lists with big numbers of wunderwaffen [Oh, so scary, I just shat my pants

But the question is: can they afford it?

No.

Do you remember Poland from 1795 to 1918?
No?
Me neither.
If they are not careful enough this period can be repeated.

That can only happen as a result of WW3, and in that case it would not be just them. Best not to go there

I think, that it highly depends on how it goes.
The US will drop anyone into the fire pit just to safe their own ass.
These russophobes haven't been indoctrinated for decades to hate Russia and Russians to be then unused.

Re: Polish Armed Forces: News
Let them hate... it might keep them warm this winter, but seeing them arm up is amusing because they are part of the all powerful HATO... if they actually get the honour of fighting Russia tanks and planes and missiles won't make any difference, it will be tactical nukes taking out massed Polish army formations before they can step over the border they are massed against.
Otherwise buying all this crap is just going to break them economically and the EU too and that will further lower their own quality of life and infrastructure... just a further continuation of the west murdering itself in the hopes of doing damage to Russia... well Russia does not depend on Poland for anything they can't or don't already get from other places.
Poland is a tiny tick on the backside of a cow that has made itself a tiny little saddle and thinks it is the cows rider, rather than an unwanted passenger that has not fallen off yet.
The best they could possibly achieve with these potential purchases and chest puffing is to get some nuclear armed Iskanders pointed at them on a permanent basis.
I am sure the US will be pleased...

Re: Polish Armed Forces: News
Poland and Russia have a complicated history but there are plenty enough episodes of co-operation and good will to point out, if it was desired.
But it's not desired. Because of the ruling elite, which is connected to Washington and London and all the rest of these places. Thus the history taught, the party line, etc.. speaks only of the bad.
It's always like this. History is rewritten, or if not rewritten then re-accented, in accordance with the geopolitical preferences of the day.
The sort of regimes set up in Eastern Europe have emphasized mistrust and contempt towards Russia more than almost any in Western Europe. And this is by design.
But it's very naive to think of these country's populations, in Poland, Romania, etc.. as being some sort of monoliths behind the official agenda. No-one wants to become the next Bandera regime at the command of Washington and start churning out armed Russia-haters for a military show-down with Russia at some point in the near future.

The sad part of this story is the fact, that most of today's attitude toward Russia and Russians is based on some phantom pains of communist era sins.
People always deny the fact, that if we really consider that time to be somehow painful to the Poles, it oppressed the Russians even more.
From this perspective, both nations are victims of the communist regimes and should share the sorrow.
I don't want to go into a discussion was it oppressive or not, that is not the point. The point is, that Poles grab the victim's stigmata while denying them to others.
If we consider 1991 as a base, Russian Federation has not started any hostile activities toward Poland. Opposite.
They withdraw the army in a de facto voluntary manner and proposed lucrative business opportunities multiple times.
But the constructed&prepared hate campaign was already going, starting with canceling of the nuclear power plant construction.
Poland paid for it almost the whole quote, to be left with nothing.
Only one of the prepaid reactors was sold for a bargain to Finland, while the remaining one with the assisting elements was just ... scrapped.
That was the very first US-influenced strategic decision made by the Polish regime. The first one in a line of negative ones made at expense of the Polish nation later on. And all that negative decisions were blamed on the Russians anyway.
