I get why the Russians are using a lot of restraint in the cities. Can we assume the Uke in the field around Donbass are being pummeled in full antihalation mode by the RUF and Arty? There is no footage, but I see no reason for the Russians to be too squeamish since they claim these guys are a genocidal army.  No reason not to sic about 25 SU-34s and 30 SU-25 as well as a bit of area bombing pratice for TU-95, 160 and 22 on these guys and give them the old Khe Sanh treatment.

There is full MLRS and artillery use against Banderites in the LDNR. The Banderites are shelling residential areas as they withdraw and
the LDNR forces return fire.

War is never good. Especially not if the other one has the Medial difference. They die people. Especially children and their loss are bad. But children were killed the last 8 years in the east of Ukraine. Only a few interested in Germany. These few know the reasons. But they today are blocked.

But, the schoolyard racket you can only stop if he gets hard hit himself.

Glad to see su34 flying around. Maybe Russia is finally pulling its head out of its ass. I hope they soon do and salvage this failed operation. Stuff like this is how regime change happens. This is no doubt a catastrophe.

If true a complete disaster. But not unexpected. Russia has never fought a country with potent fighters and air defense systems before. Old buk and s300 are good systems.

It looks to be heading towards all done in the separatist areas.

What's the benefit of the UN after all. Sure, Russia has/had big status there as one of the permanent nations in security council. That's the legacy from previous war. Looks like it is outlived now. Dismantling of the world order has been initiated anyway. And here is again the chance for Russia to assume a leading role in the new order.

One of the greatest Russian leaders gave us the power of veto. It works for now still.
That's all it is, that's all that matters.

I saw the TB2 being destroyed by a Tor, but that seemed to be from dangerously close range. It lends credence that the drones actually managed to pull off some strikes.

Can anyone here explain this? Why didn't the Russian IADS pick the TB2 from hundreds of km away. How will the IADs be able to destroy NATO missile salvos if it can't detect a drone until it reaches a shorad?
