calibr is not needed... Russian airforce can bomb just fine... cruise missiles are only need when the zone

Cruise missiles on their way should have exploded by now. But crickets, silence, no reported bangs anyway, maybe they had to land on the way to refuel Smile

But as above the Turks are still firing long range missiles from what looks to be a well lit base, which must be in Turkey?

Meanwhile in the real world, as opposed to UW's basement, some genius has geo located some of the targets in the Turkish videos and, surprise, surprise they are nowhere near Saraqib, they are over on the Al Grab plains. Not really that far from that mega airstrike hit. Here we go, its all at the link but this is a bit

If I were Putin I smack Erdogan around. Screaming Crimea is Ukrainian land. Calling for Chechen statehood. Giving money to Ukraine. This man is not Russia's friend. Never has. Never will be. KSA, UAE, Bahrain, Egypt, Kuwait, Oman, Yemen, Iraq, Syria, Morocco, Algeria, Jordan, Lebanon. These are Russia's friends. Russia should ally with Arabs against Turks.

Not going to pore over a bunch of tweets from obscure sources too hard because there's only two ways for this thing to go at this point. Either Erdogan is going to accept some sort of (barely) face-saving stand-down and ultimate withdraw, or there'll be a big fireworks show coming sooner rather than later.

And, judging from the relative in-field performances in recent years of SAA/Russia on the one hand and Turks/Al-Qaeda on the other, I know who I'd be betting on to win.

Just waiting to see which it'll be.

Akar arrived at command center. Operation Restore Ottoman is on. They won't stop at Sochi border. They plan to conquer Damascus and Jerusalem. That's why they are mingled with HTS. Liberation of Sham. What is Sham? Hmm?

HTS and Turkish Army on the run! They have recaptured Karfanbel and large areas in South Idlib. Thousands of Syrians died in pushing headchoppers back, now everything is reversed in a few hours. And Russia is doing literally NOTHING now! This is really a shame! No political statement, no defense of airspace against drones, no cruise missiles strike (false information around the net!).

And for sure headchoppers won't stay in Idlib, they want to take ALL of Syria. If Russia don't react now...game over with Hmeimin and Latakia. Yes, but they can still make good business with other countries and Erdo...other countries will take Russia seriuos as a paper tiger only! Sad

No, no stopping at Sochi, but straight on to Moscow! There they'll force Putin to wear a fez to his own public beheading, where the black-turban-topped executioner will swing the avenging scimitar!

Lol, more like what combination of threats and bribes is it going to take to get Erdo to settle down. But, if that fails, BOOM BOOM

In the meantime, the trolls will work everyone into a frenzy. That's always fun, I suppose. What a Face

Russia's policy has always been weak. If I were Putin I station Russian army in Saraqib. What's rebels going to do? Fight the world's strongest army? Shoot a Russian soldier and see what happens. Thousands of Russian artillery landing at Tartus. They can't face that. Cool

Even american congress lawmakers .. exposing Erdogan alliance with alqaeda.. Laughing

Say no to getting dragged into Erdogan's war with Russia

    Tulsi Gabbard....

This is a big fuck you on the face.. of all the liars on this forum ,who have been
defending Erdogan directly or indirectly.... by pointing at the unproven reports of "Assad crimes" ,
that usually comes from Alqaeda friends , like the white helmets and pro NATO media or zionist jews media.
Attack Assad while at same time never complain about NATO illegal invasions ,Turkey terrorism support  or Israel war crimes on civilians and aiding international terror organizations since 2011 in syria.. look at the losers who accuse Assad of "Crimes":. they never complain terrorism or human rights of turkey and israel.. is that a coincidence? no is not.. is because they are terrorist sympathizers themselves. But keep repeating your lies..
But Turkey government will never erase history ,and will have to pay big consequences for his alliance with
terrorism in syria.. when new generations of honest politicians will come into power and will demand an international court on Erdogan and his political party and muslim brotherhood organization and declare them war criminals and spend the rest of their lives in jail..

From a lot of smack the past 3-4 days projecting, wishfully thinking, and speculating on Russia's "str0nk" actions and response to coming to the realization of reality. The SAA is getting its shit pushed in and Moscow is paralyzed.

Hec Iran, which has kept a low profile on the conflict in terms of PR has had to come out publicly and BARK. Thats how bad it's. To read a clown equate Russia's response as some sort of 5D chest move of carrot and sticks to pit Damacus against Iran in Russia's favor has been the cherry on top for all the nonsense and damage control written over the past 3 days here. I mean how stupid do you have to be?

There is only one excuse left that holds water for Russian inaction: diplomatic maneuvering, "cool heads", "backroom deals" and all that little nonsense - which is the reason we're here in the first place  lol1. There are much worse cynical reasons - like fear, both of escalation and of punishment by the West, money etc... (aka weakness)... but who's going to delve on that? Every other chest-beating speculation is dead. Dead Jim, dead.

There is only a military solution to the problem. That is to impose costs on others unbearable to bear (Turkey), while wiping out their rats. Either that comes to a head or Syria will be partitioned with Erdo getting his mini Golan up north, and the Americans getting their Iraqi Kurdistan East of Euphrates river like they did in Iraq. Knowing Russia, a nation that has seen its borders expand and contract throughout history, I can see why they could care less. If they're not firm with their own, you can only extrapolate on their resolve for others. And that is why it will continue to be a second rate great power.

diplomatic maneuvering is worthless however, Erdo won't back down. It's not happening if Putin is stupid enough to think so then his age is getting to him.

It's possible Putin is thinking long and hard about what to do here but he has only TWO choices at this stage no more. Time for Russia to shut up or put up we will see soon which they choose.

    1. Let the Turks do what they want.

    2. Fully engage the Turkish Army. Which means bomb their arty attack their troops etc.

I am not going to delve here into the explanation of how AD works under such conditions as are in Idlib now, but, unlike Turkish propaganda and bat-shit crazy statements, the only success of those drones was one munition carrying truck (the video is shown), one armored vehicle and one motorcycle."

This. Too darned many of you are believing some 3 second titter vid that SAA is getting slaughtered and pushed back to Damascus. For gawd's sake, look at some of the vids and try to ascertain the season. It's 01 March in Syria and the trees ain't leafed out in their full summer foliage just yet, for starters.

Turks may win the battle but they can't win the war. Turkey is too small and weak compared to Arab League. Arabs are spooked about Erdogan's new Ottoman dream. They won't allow Erdogan to take Damascus. The war is only starting and it's only going to be Erdogan's grave in Syria. Cool

They don't need to bomb their arti. Simply shoot down drones. Without drones they don't have coordinates for their arti. Unless they randomly shell cities and civilians blind fire.

No Turk arty gets the coordinates from frontline members on the ground, not drones.
