This topic is about Syria and not the paranoid delusions of the joke that is the UK.

Actually from what i am aware amounts of such agens that remain are marked with specific markers so they can be traced if they emerge somewhere on black market same applies to chemical components that can be used for production of chemical weapons. That is how certain chemical components used in Iraqi chemical weapons were traced back to Germany and Netherlands.

Even fairly common explosives in local factory here are being marked with certain markers so it could be traced in case of need.

    Just saying, not blaming.

Well from what i have seen these types of chemicals were produced in Shikhany in Russia, and those facilities are repurposed today. Testing sites in other Soviet Republics have been decomissioned and demolished quite long ago.

Person that allegedly did major work on those projects was certain Pyotr Petrovich Kirpichev, which i know nothing about. Mirzayanov moved to the US but i am not sure if he ever actually had anything to do with this project in particular and he is the one that wrote few times about it.

Things will get really Dangerous ,,in very soon..

According to Russia , NATO warships are positioning for a strike in Syria.
and they preparing 2 new false flag attacks in Syria , One in Southern Damascus
    and another in IDLIB.

So what will Russia do if NATO target their soldiers in Damascus ?
My best guess is that NATO will target Syrian army in Aleppo , to try help Terrorist capture large parts of Syrian territory.
But also Southern Damascus too.. so terrorist over Run earthern Ghouta and end all the gains of Syrian army. this is going to be world war 3 like scenario.. what will Russia do?

    https://www.rt.com/news/421589-us-preparing-syria-provocations-airstrikes/

Knowing how the west think.. they will not want their missiles wasted.. Instead will use
the attack to help Terrorist advance and completely reverse Syrian army positions or at very least
Bomb Syria military bases to scare Russia from Syria. This also could be done to coincide with the week
before the elections.. So at any moment ,the conflict in Syria could explode to a whole new level..
the new tactic now ,seems to be to get France and UK also in the coordinated attack..for making it
more difficult for Russia , on a political level.. because if Russia target France warships for examples or UK..
it could be used cancel North stream 2.. which will be worth of it , from NATO Point of view.

They are truly crazy , how far they are going into pushing Russia away of Syria.

IT is possible the hellicopter was transporting ISIS fighters and was shot down by Russia..

You don't see the danger of NATO attacking again Syria ,after Russia warned them to not do it
    that will retaliate. understand?

Even if all missiles are intercepted.. or most of them.. Russia will have strike back, because it will be a
clear act of war of NATO after Russia told them ,that Russian soldiers are operating with Syrian army in damascus.
So if RUssia don't punish NATO for another aggression and limit to just intercept its missiles.. then NATO will continue
attacking Russia ,attacking Assad, until they manage to wound RUssian soldiers.. So this could trigger a world war 3...

If RUssia don't respond and shoot back at the aggressors ,then it will encourage more NATO Countries ,to join
in the attacks on Syria.. weakness after being attacked will put in danger the entire operation of Russia in Syria
and even Russia military base, which already was attacked by NATO guided drones..

and if RUssia retaliate , Trump will be forced to retaliate ,to avoid being impeached or be seen as a traitor.. so this could escalate in a matter of minutes into a regional war ..and then in little time with nukes being used. This is also not mentioning how a third party player ,in US Coalition or Israel a happy trigger general ,could attack a Russian warships or Russia base to make it look US was behind the attack..and provoke  a war.   So the attack goals not neccessarily have to be to capture anything. But instead to humiliate Putin ,before the elections to damage its image seriously if he chickens out and do not fight back. The possibilities of a world war 3 ,are not far from the Cuban missile crisis.
Because IF US attacks again Syria on the pretex of chemicals... then they will continue doing this all the time,  then Russia to effectively stop americans future aggression ,by sending a real ultimatum on Syria will require that Russia target American military bases in Syria and US warships doing the attack.

Niki Haley is even on record speaking about Attacking Assad Castle.. So even when Assad will be safe..because
there have to be a very deep bunker underground made by the Russians.. the hostile action main goal will be to humiliate Russia in the world , to show that Russia as a weak nation ,this also will demoralize Russian troops significantly if they lose soldiers and Russia do nothing.. in the next Hours , or Days . We will could be seen a
dramatic escalation of the war and trigger something much bigger ,with people killed in NATO and RUssia side.
Watch for "Mysterious Accidents" ,in both sides ,,the small battles could even not be published to the world.  Remember the "Bird" that damaged the F-35 plane according to Israel ? also it will not be surprising ,if the previous hellicopter crash of Americans in IRAQ was a retaliation of Syria army on them..  In any case Putin will need nerves
of IRON in times like this.. You also have the possibility of US nuking Assad Castle ...to send a message to russia..
and what is Russia going to do ?  Russia will have to be strong ,more than ever ,or else ,face a big Risk of NATO to be overconfident and start a full scale war against Syrian army.

Tomahawks without a capable land force on the ground, will be meaning-less.

There is a capable land force already, is called ISIS and Alqaeda and other terrorist groups ,that
    NATO-Israel-Turkey support.

In any case .. something tells me ,it will be better if Russia warns US , to send shockwaves worldwide
of world war 3 , declaration of war ,a regional war ,IF they attack Syria ,and harm Russian soldiers operating together
with Syrian troops.. That will create major protest world wide ,and US will have been clearly warned , So they will have less arguments of defenses if they don't listen the warning..This will be a clear red line ,drawn by Russia in Syria..
And will not allow at least US to justify any aggression in Syria after such warning.

Found this map of the disposition of the USN in the area.

Not sure of the RuN, just know of the two frigates, Grigorovich class Admiral Essen and the Krivak II class anti-submarine frigate Pytivyy, that have just got there and another frigate in the Red Sea shadowing the French/Egyptian exercise there that has just finished, so it could be Med bound as well. Plus those already there.

They can still do damage though. I wonder how well now AAD will work? and if  Russia will take back their advisers or shoot back to carriers?! somehow I cannot imagine that.
Actually the best marketing effect woulld be: from 100 tomahawks none reached destination. Buy: Buk, Pantsir and S-400 Smile

Or perhpas Su-30/S-35 can help in fighting off massive volley form above?

Do we know what Air Defences, other Defences, War Ships and Counter Measures the Russian Army, Iran and SAA and Allies have to counter this?

Well, besides Russias S-400, S-300V4 (supposed) and Pantsir's, there really isnt much else. Syria has some pantsir's and then older systems. Russia would be able to spot the launches from far away but engaging cruise missiles are rather hard because if the US launches them even at most 40km away from Russian bases, Russian systems wont be able to intercept them unless they were either 1) flying over them or 2) flying at them. Outside of that, cruise missiles are hard to hit because of them being low altitude flights. So it all depends on the places the missiles would be aimed at. In this regard, Russia would be warned by US and its puppets of where these missiles would be flying, but it would be hard for Russia to give enough time to the Syrian forces to move anything useful in the areas something to intercept these missiles. In this regard, the more Pantsir's Syria would have, the better. But I doubt the number of their systems.

If US launched lets say 200 cruise missiles at Syria, it would require 50 pantsirs in the location (in theory) since per pantsir can hit a maximum of 4 targets at once. But since the missiles would be coming from different directions, I would maybe halve that to about 25 pantsirs needed for the whole strike as they wouldn't be engaging all 200 cruise missiles at once.

Syria really needs other systems too, to be able to strike at these ships. For instance, they need cruise missiles to strike at these ships if launched from their MiG-29's for example. Even if they hit 1 or 2 ships, US has zero reason to be able to engage further because 1) dead americans will cause havoc back at home and 2) They have no mandate in Syria.

I seriously hope that whatever is being shipped from Russia to Syria, is systems to help protect the Syrian forces.

    Sirians got offricially
    60 Osa's
    50 Pantsirs

This all can shoot down tomahawks as long as they got coordinates andhave trained crews and mgmt system.

Mobility is a defence against cruise missiles.

Mig-29s and sukhois could be send to intercept some of the missiles lunched by the US ships with r-60 and r-73 it would be a good training.

They have a-50u there that could send tomahawks positions to Pantsirs which would be very effective against them. With 5 pantsirs you can have a line of 200km.

S-400 would never be used against missile because the range is actually less than 30km against cruise missiles and they would never fly so close to russian bases.

They can also turn on gps jammers which also can cover all the syrian part controled by al assad making the missile really unprecised and they will probably miss lot of targets. They would have to go only with INS to the target so the CEP would be far greater than usually. If they target front line troops they could actually hit their allies because fighters are some tens of meters from each other in urbqn waefare.

They have bastion P against ships but it's unlikly they escalate the war by attacking US ships unless if russian kinzhal missile works as they said and they actually use it to show that they really have a super weapon against their ships.

Iranians also produce OSA class missiles (Herz-9) and Buk copies (Raad) and who knows how many of them are in Syria? But true Russian fighters (including Su-34) can destroy many of Tomahawks. S-400 has range 400km so what is the problem to shoot missiles over the sea? That's why A-50 is there. To provide eyes to long/medium range missiles. Buks inclusive. .
