In this and in another previous post we begin to see the first evidences of the use of a number of new enginering vehicles in Syria. Engineering vehicles for combat areas, and auxiliary unarmoured engineering vehicles. Concretely this is material based on Kraz tucks that seems to have been moved to Syria in the lasts months. This year has been probed in military training in Russia, and by now must be also finnished in Russia.

    Likely to see in Syria TMM-3, TMM-3M, PMP-M, PPS-84, BMK-460 and PST-160 based on Kraz-214, Kraz-255, Kraz-260 and Zil-130.

    Is that your guess?
I saw some reports months ago about pontons being transported to Syria.

And that ПМП from above is Syrian one if i am correct, not new from Russia.

I never saw them reported as part of the Syrian Armed Forces until today, despite to be specially interested in the presence of engineering vehicles in Syria. Can you post the links?

Maybe you also know where were them doployed and if they had to move because of the rebel advancing and conquering the entire area of the Euphrates.

In the other side the cited material is between the less modern material confirmed in Russian hands in 2017, Going to Syria and/or being scrapped, is very likely to be finnished soon in Russia.

If there is planned lower military spending in Russia in 2018 than in 2017 is because the cost of the war is planned to decrease, including the cost of the supply to Syria. It means the rythm of supplies to Syria is planned to decrease, and this only can be done if Russia considers to have by the end of 2017 enough material in Syria to afford bad surprises.

The ISIS river patrol boats, note the names so someone has a sense of humour! If only the photoshopper! Fishing boats in a past life. Wonder how many of those are still alive.

US Aircraft Evacuates Over 20 Daesh Commanders From Deir ez-Zor

A military and diplomatic source has told Sputnik that a US Air Force plane had evacuated Daesh (ISIS, banned in Russia) field commanders from Deir ez-Zor. The US-led coalition has denied the allegations.
"Amid successful actions by Syrian government troops in the eastern part of Syria in late August, a number of field [Daesh] commanders backed by US special services, had been promptly evacuated from Deir ez-Zor to safer regions in order to use their experience in other directions," a military and diplomatic source has told Sputnik.

The source said that the first such extraction took place on August 26, a "US Air Force helicopter" had evacuated 2 Daesh field commanders of "European origin" with members of their families from an area located to the north-west of Deir ez-Zor at night.
According to his data, two days later, US choppers transfered 20 Daesh field commanders and militants close to them from an area south-eastern of the city of Deir ez-Zor to northern Syria.

"Militants who lost their commanders due to the Americans, usually tend to cease organized actions, leave their positions, join other [Daesh terrorist] units or one by one flee. This eventually contributes to the success of the offensive by the Syrian government troops in eastern Syria," the source said.

When contacted by Sputnik, the Combined Joint Task Force of the Operation Inherent Resolve’s press office has called the allegations "false."

Syrian Opposition Thanks Russia for 'Gift of Peace' as Deir Ez-Zor Siege Lifted by Gov't Forces
On Tuesday, the Syrian army assisted by Russia managed to finally break the three-year Daesh siege of the city of Deir ez-Zor, with food and ammunition only being delivered to the city by air, while helicopters from the city of Qamishli had been evacuating the wounded and delivering essential supplies to the city's population.
When commenting on the successful operation on Tuesday, the Russian Defense Ministry said that Russian strikes on Daesh terrorist group's positions, including today's frigate's strikes with cruise missiles from the Mediterranean, allowed the Syrian Armed Forces to break the 3-year siege of Deir ez-Zor. The Russian strikes conducted simultaneously by aviation and a warship destroyed Daesh fortified areas, undergound tunnels, artillery positions and ammunition depots near Deir ez-Zor.

The Russian military called the Deir ez-Zor victory the most important achievement of the Syrian army during the 6-year war.

We know the mantra of the pro-Israelite team here:

    Russia and Israel allies

    Russia and China not
    Russia and India not
    Russia and Iran not
    Russia and Belarus not
    Russia and Venezuela not
    Russia and Syria not
    Russia and ... not

Basically Israel is the alone ally of Russia (and also maybe Turkey and South Korea, WTF). Even one of them said used the word "reliable" one time.

They even were deleting comments here about Israeli attacks to Syria because were not real. Until Netanyahu accepted publicly they were doing it around approximately March of 2017.

    So weird.

People are ignoring the fact that the jets fired the missiles from Lebanese airspace. But for some reason, people think they (Russia) should be shooting down planes in other countries.

You don't put a pontoon onto a river bank 'owned' by the enemy, so you are probably right.

Breaking: Syrian Army begins Operation ‘Assad Leap’ to lift siege on Deir Ezzor Airport

BEIRUT, LEBANON (4:10 P.M.) – An officer from the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) informed Al-Masdar News on Friday afternoon that the elite Tiger Forces have launched a new offensive dubbed “Operation Assad Leap” in the Deir Ezzor Governorate.

According to the source, the Syrian Arab Army has begun their push to lift the nine month long siege on the Deir Ezzor Military Airport, which is located south of the 137th Artillery Brigade Base.

The elite Tiger Forces are pushing south of the 137th Brigade Base towards the strategic Panorama area, while the 800th Regiment of the Republican Guard pushes east along the Sukhnah-Deir Ezzor Highway.

Once the Panorama area is liberated, the Syrian Arab Army should be in full control of the Deir Ezzor provincial cemetery, which should put them in position to lift the nine month long siege.

Saudis are just scared(just like others that supported terrorists in Syria) that once Syria is fully secured, Assad will attack them directly or mostly indirectly(like they did to Syria) and that is why they are cozying up to Russia.

This is a Zionist anti-Russian, anti-Iranian site and that is why it is making up some stuff.  This statement is desperate attempt by the Zionists "Lavrov set to visit as Saudi focus shifts to containing Iran", there is no way that the Saudis are containing Iran and there is no chance that Russia is going to help the Saudis do that.

The Jews are just asking for a ass kicking, there is little reason militarily for the Jews to get involved in this because the SAA and Allies are winning. Looks like their desperate attempts provoking Syria did not work and they are trying this.
