It's 9S737 'Ranzhir' command vehicle or similar (don't know that's the new one's name)

    Asf,

The images in the link that you have provided shows Ranzhir. As explained above, the image we are talking about shows a different vehicle.

To begin with, Ranzhir is mainly a command vehicle and doesn't have the huge antenna that this vehicle has. Ranzhir has a number of much smaller swiveling and telescoping antennas.

There are a number of places, like Air Power Australia, that have similarly misidentified a number of MT-LBu based vehicles as Ranzhir.

Easy enough to do when they are all based on the same vehicle...

I remember in the 1970s and 1980s reading western sources about Soviet vehicles and although the MTLB was mentioned they never mentioned anything about the enormous range of command vehicles like the ACRV. Ironically my first encounter with an ACRV was in a computer game in the early 1990s... either M1 tank platoon tank sim, or an Apache flight sim, where the enemy forces had ACRVs.

Ranzhir is rather old command vehicle for AA units. I think it a newer one, with much greater capabilities of data management and ECCM, so there is a new antenna.
The vehicle is shown near Tors ans Shilkas for a reason!
