I suspect what they meant was H-20 because of its stealth cannot be detected by Indian Su 30MKI and Rafale and therefore cannot be intercepted.

Russia ain't exporting Su-57 anytime soon. They only have 1 Su-57 so far and they need 100 over the next decade.
