BREAKING: Hamas issued a statement:

We presented our response to the mediators, after consulting with the resistance factions, and the movement engaged with a positive spirit with this proposal, ensuring a comprehensive and complete ceasefire, putting an end to the aggression against our people, ensuring humanitarian aid, establishing shelters, reconstruction, and addressing the issues. Lifting the blockade of Gaza and the completion of the prisoner exchange conditions are part of Hamas' acceptance of the prisoner exchange deal.

Gaza was originally Egyptian territory , given over to Palestinians . Gaza , in present state is not habitable or sanitary . Gaza , even if rebuilt to original specifications and population , is not a viable territory . A one state solution is not possible now . A two state solution , even if possible now , is improbable , given the small size of available territories and scant resources , and ongoing conflict . There are already five million Palestinian refugees in the world . Many given the choice , will not go back . The Arab and Muslim states will not enter into direct war with Israel , at least for now . The immediate problem is of saving Gaza citizen from Genocide . I think the only solution  is for Egypt to reclaim Gaza territory and open border . It means stationing troops around Gaza . Palestinians then temporarily moved out into camps in Sinai , if they wanted  . The building of Gaza will take twenty years ! The Palestinians could be given dual citizenship in Arab and Muslim states . They would retain the right of return to a viable future homeland , however it is established .

Targeted an Apache helicopter with a SAM-7 missile, west of Gaza City, together with Mujahideen brigades.

Destroyed a D9-bulldozer with a "Shoaz" explosive, west of Khan Yunis in the southern Gaza Strip.

(Partially) destroyed 2 Merkava tank, 2 APCs & 1 D9-bulldozer in various battle zones in the Strip.

Shelled an IOF operations command center with mortar shells, west of Tal Al-Hawa in Gaza City.

Targeted a group israeli soldiers fortified inside a house with a TBG anti-fortification rocket, resulting in casualties between dead and wounded in the Hawwaz area, west of Khan Yunis in the southern Gaza Strip.

Sniped an israeli officer & an israeli soldier in the area west of Gaza City.



— Al-Quds Brigades:

Targeted a Merkava tank with RPGs, in the neighborhood west of Khan Yunis.

Destroyed a military vehicle with a "Thaqib - Barrel" explosive device around the Haidar roundabout, west of Gaza.

Targeted an IOF force entrenched in a residential apartment west of Gaza City with an "85 anti-tank" rocket, causing casualties among the force.

Target an IOF force entrenched in a house in the axis west of Khan Yunis with a TBG anti-fortification rocket, resulting in casualties between dead and wounded.



— Al-Aqsa Brigades:

Targeted a D9-bulldozer with an explosive device, west of Khan Yunis, in the southern Gaza Strip.



— Mujahideen Brigades:

Shelled the occupied “Yad Mordechai” in the northern Gaza Strip with a missile barrage.

Targeted a Merkava tank with an anti-tank rocket, hitting it directly in the vicinity of the Jawazat area in Gaza City.

Engaged in fierce clashes with IOF forces in the western areas of Gaza City with appropriate and various weaponsw



— 🟡 Hezbollah:

Targeted the Rameem base with an IRAM Burkan rocket, with confirmed casualties.

Targeted an Israeli force’s deployment in the vicinity of the Jal Al-Alam site with Falaq-1 rockets.

Targeted a gathering of israeli soldiers in the vicinity of the Rameem base with rockets.

Targeted the Al-Marj site & the deployment of israeli soldiers around it with artillery shells.

Targeted the headquarters of the Beit Hillel battalion, with suitable weapons.

Targeted the Ruwaysat Al-Alam site in the occupied Shabaa Farms with appropriate weapons.

Targeted the al-Ramtha site with rockets.

| According to CENTCOM, Abu al-Saadi was the only target of the assassination in Baghdad. Acording to them, he was responsible for attacks against American bases.

Where is the sanctity of blood and land? ‘O Iraqis, let this disregard for Iraqi blood be before your eyes, for by Allah, it will not be confined to the sons of the Popular Mobilization (Hashd al-shaabi) or the men of the resistance alone. The treacherous hand will extend to anyone standing against this occupying entity, and even those who think they are safe from the fires of occupation.

This violation will not be the last unless there is a firm and decisive official stance from the Iraqi government. Our response will be focused, God willing, and these crimes will not go unpunished. Then you will know that our patience has run out, and await the response.

It is clear that denunciations & condemnations are no longer enough, which necessitates the need for Iraq to submit an official request to the UN Security Council, demanding the immediate withdrawal of foreign forces, and for Iraq to begin implementing practical measures to enhance its self-defense capabilities.

This assassination in Baghdad could have very far reaching effects.

It may well have been a step too far at this time when emotions were already running high.
