In support of our resilient Palestinian people in Gaza and in endorsement of their brave and honorable resistance, the fighters of the Islamic Resistance targeted Jal Al-Alam site and its surroundings at 12:45 on Sunday, November 19, 2023, with missiles and artillery shells, achieving direct hits.

Israeli Channel 12: The northern settlements that have been evacuated have become a real battleground.

Al-Qassam Brigades: Our fighters engaged with enemy forces and targeted 3 military vehicles and a D9 bulldozer with anti-armor missiles in Al-Zaytoun axis east of southern Gaza, confirming significant hits.

Israeli Media: Two rockets fell in the settlement of "Kfar Giladi" in the northernmost part of the Galilee.

Martyr Izzedine Al-Qassam Brigades:
- 6 Zionist soldiers hit with anti-personnel rocket, then finished off with machine gun fire
- Rocket attack against "Ashkelon"
- Likely many vehicles destroyed - Qassam no longer give individual updates, but sum tallies per day or two.

Saraya Al-Quds:
- Direct clash with enemy soldiers, inflicting heavy losses
- Mortar shelling of soldiers west of Beit Lahia
- Vehicle hit with tandem missile in Al-Saftawi
- Vehicle hit east of Al-Shati' camp
- 3 military vehicles and a D9 bulldozer targeted with anti-armour rockets in Zaytoun axis
- 1 military vehicle targeted on the Shati' axis.

Islamic Resistance in Lebanon:
- 10 rockets fired at "Shlomi"
- Possible drone infiltration into occupied territory
- Fire reported in an industrial zone after sirens sounded in "Safed"
- 9+ ATGM attacks against Zionist border bases
- Direct rocket hit on enemy troop gathering, inflicting high casualties and triggering Zionist military media censorship

Enemy Media Today:
- Military Correspondent: "There is nothing that really can be done on the Lebanon front, nor do I think that we will try to do anything. The government's reassurances to the [settlers] of the north is just a band-aid".
- Channel 12: "The evacuated northern settlements have become a real battlefield".
- Military censorship has been imposed on the direct rocket hit on a gathering of soldiers on the border with Lebanon, indicating a high-casualty event

The Qassam Brigades targeted a house in Juhr al-Dik, housing a large number of IOF soldiers with several grenades.
