I don't know what this has to do with that train accident but anyway they are working on a new transportation projects including upgrading infrastructure , trucks,signaling systems ,new railway lines, 23 b$ high-speed rail network for 1000 km  , new underground metro lines ,monorail project, 10000 km of roads which will serve the new 14 new city being built including the new capital .

They need to widen it along its entire length, for 2 way traffic.

I think that you are joking, but it annoys me to see over and out in the same line, especially since this is a military forum.
In radio communication over means that you are finished speaking AND that you are expecting a reply, while out means that you are ending the communication and that you are NOT expecting a reply.

Putting them together would just confuse the other person, since it is not clear if you want a reply or not.

You're right to a certain extent but mostly wrong since that entry way is a concrete barrier that needs delicacies  and not so often dredging,  Check pic of converted shore which Egyptian quotiety didn't hesitate one bit to destroy and et pub a bulldozer immediately.

It was a Dutch company with some bluewater tugs which finally got the ship free. The other tugs were some motorised canoes with a lot of horns and screaming crews and a silly excavator trying to dig out a 15 meter draft ship

From first hand, although a long time ago, when it was praying time the Egyptian pilot was rolling out his praying carpet and started praying, leaving the 200+ mtr ship in the hands of the captain. You have to set your priorities.....

There were 11 Egyptian tugboats along with the two of Dutch tugboats .

This excavator is not silly , it was a part of the work by removing the near mud on the front of the ship untill they brought dredgers in and dug 30,000 cubic metres of sand from beneath the ends of the ship.
