What would Russia do with old model obsolete F-16s?
I would say Venezuela should gift them to Iran, but why would Iran want them?
Whoever you give them to they wont last long because they need parts and support and countries who have never operated them before would struggle to keep a useful number operational.
You could take a fleet of 50 or 100 of them and then use them up and cannibalise the aircraft to keep one or two flying for a while but it would not be very useful.
I would say for Venezuela... offering complete inspections of them to Russia would make sense but they are not new planes so they might take a look, but most likely it would be more value for Venezuela to strip them all down for materials and parts... if they have any spare parts or parts on aircraft not yet expired they could sell them to Turkey or Egypt or Pakistan jsut on the quiet for a much more reasonable price than what the US sells them for... they operated them long enough to know which parts need replacing and what costs the most.
