If the United States attacks, anti-ship missiles will be another weapon.
But the main ones will be others.
Israel will be attacked from more places, with missiles and drones. Even invasion of fighters from Lebanon.
The US bases in the area, which are already attacked, cause the Yankees to suffer casualties, even without bringing the aircraft carriers closer.
Regarding the missiles that Hezbollah displayed, we do not know their real range. Saying they were the same type of missile that another user compared is just an opinion.
For its part, if Iran wants to close the Strait of Hormuz, it has several missiles with greater range than those in the images.
Besides, it must be seen that after the Hamas operation on October 7, things changed.

Anti-Israeli Operation In Occupied Al-Quds; Israeli Police Officer Killed

On November 6, a Palestinian stabbed some Israeli soldiers with a knife in the old city of occupied Jerusalem al-Quds, which resulted in the injury of two soldiers.

• Minimal advances in the north. The resistance has been holding back the IOF in west of Beit Lahia, with urban warfare in al-Toam & al-Sudaniya.

• The IOF is also trying to secure the shore lines of al-Rashid road, but it’s not yet under their control, but it is under their fire range.

In the northern axis of #Gaza City, Israeli forces have reached the vicinity of al-Shati neighborhood by advancing along the coastline. Also, clashes continue in Al-Tawam, Al-Salatin, Al-Karamah neighborhoods and near Sheikh Radwan.

The IOF released some new propaganda photographs supposedly showing their troops deeper inside Gaza.

Basically, these are the most northern areas, not new areas. The IOF doesn’t send its infantry on foot, they only advanced with tanks. These are pure propaganda pictures.
