I really recommend reading the book writen by General Major Konstantin Pavlovich Petrov he wa General of Russian Space Forces and after his carreer has written a book called "Мёртвая вода" which translated to Dead Water, the book speaks about how easily humans are indoctrinated,conditioned and controlled to achieve certain goals. He also speaks about how Putin was set into Power with the lead roll to destroy russia, but turned out that he had tricked the 5th column which are known of the jewish families Khordokovsky,Berezovksy,Prokhorov,Saxorov, Abrahamovich and few more. He speaks mainly about how to control certain groups with lies he also made a video you would like it and find it interesting. Also who and why communism was brought to Russia from abroad.

I forgot to add that General Major Konstantin P. Petrov was murdered for his work in 2009.

Currently the US is only striking ISIS near Arbil, the current US mission as stated by Obama is to protect Arbil an Baghdad the cities where hundreds & thousands of American military advisers, contractors and diplomatic staff are based.

The US has Apaches in Baghdad airport and F18's in the Gulf, ISIS isn't near Baghdad so they have not attacked ISIS there yet, the US F18's have flown over Anbar ( Haditha Dam ), a dam on the Euphrates river controlled by Iraqi army and tribal forces but could be attacked by ISIS any day.

The US has launched airstrikes on ISIS near Arbil and Mosul dam which has been retaken by Iraqi forces. So they aren't wiping ISIS of the map yet, not their interest. Of course if they want all they have to do is ship some AC-130's, A-10's to Baghdad or Basra airport, use that together with the F18's, drones and other aircraft and ISIS won't last long. After the beheading of Foley they're thinking about larger operations as republican are pushing Obama to severely bomb ISIS in both Iraq and Syria.

ISIS has captured many Soviet era MANPADS from Syria in the recent takeover of Taqba airbase some say, how well will the MI-28 counter those out of date MANPADS.

I hope they try flying at night as much as possible to minimize risk, we can't afford losing MI-35/MI-28 at this moment.

It seems that the tandem SU-25/Mil Mi-28 is starting to bear fruit  now, after Amerli, now terrorists are fleeing as rats in Tikrit, without any US supports.
Indeed, it seems Badr milicias, with iraqi army helped by Hizbollah of Iraq inflicted a sever blows to Daesh. Again Russian hardwares were decisif. The next target will be Mossul.

Yep, fake. Not a single video of those actors getting beheaded, one video after another only talking nonsense without any emotions.
True beheading videos they don't let some useless "journalists" who are reporting only crap their entire life for controled media speak on behalf of ISIS. All real videos they speak and then just cut off their heads and there are lot of those videos on youtube uncensored, while not a single video exists of those actors getting beheaded. Islamic State militants want to fight Putin

Here's a slightly new geopolitical wrinkle. Earlier this week, the Islamic State issued a video challenging a powerful global leader. But this time, it was not President Obama or one of his counterparts in Europe. It was Russian President Vladimir Putin.

In the video, fighters pose atop Russian military equipment, including a fighter jet, captured from the forces of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad. This is Agence France-Presse's transcription of what follows:

"Your throne has already teetered, it is under threat and will fall when we come to you because Allah is truly on our side."

How comical, Iskander-M, Smerch would turn ISIS in to a mountain of smoldering corpses. The only way to get that fact through the head of a Islamist is to give them a double-tap between the eyes, the same place were you "bury the hatchet".

The Russians dropped the ball on that one, yeah sure they were quick to delivery military equipment but because they didn't carry out the airstrikes Maliki was then arm-twisted and blackmailed out of power. That was a power-play by the U.S. to weaken Iran's position in Iraq, only time will tell what will happen next.

That was not a threat by ISIS but by the US because ISIS is US, since they fucked up in Ukraine and Syria they now want to infiltrate once again Caucasus and most probable some other regions to advance further to Moscow. That is a threat directed by US and is an act of war and should be treated with nuclear revange threat by Russia.
