I wasn't sure in which thread this may fit best. I rolled the dice a bit and put it here. This may have been posted someplace already, and apologize if it has. This is an article from russia-insider.com regarding the new NDCC in Moscow. There are video clips, photos and text. I found it very interesting indeed. It amazes me that, as they say, this place was built in under two years. However, as the article states, major new sections within it are being completed and activated on an ongoing basis.

As i watched this, I kept thinking that they must have one hell of an IT crew in this place.

Mhhhhmmm.... I don't know, personally, I prefer the "Klyaksa" winter camouflage suit:



It is baggy enough to place over the ballistic place carriers, with only the loadbearing vest having to be placed on top of it.
I think it would be more prudent to keep Klyaksa as a suit to go on top of extant digital Flora camo, and introduce winter camo versions of MOLLE plate carriers+pouches.

Well, this arctic uniform is supposed to be used in regions where you have no vegetation whatsoever, just snow or rocks, places where both flora and Klyaksa would stick out at some point.

Besides, Klyaksa will not be going anywhere, all arctic units certanly have plenty of those in storage, just in case...
