In the dumps

There is a big landfill problem in Russia, everything is filling up, attention needs to be given to this problem.

Take this crap with a heavy does of skepticism. Ontario had a huge dump problem too and had to and still has to haul its garbage to other provinces and even
US states. Nobody is clamoring for regime change in Canada over it.

Nah, the issue is foreign funded people wanting to seperate from Russia because of garbage collection organization wants to place a new eco friendly dump that will break up the garbage and recycle. Create lots of jobs too.

No one protests over that but useful idiots in Russia

Burning garbage has become an absurd NIMBY issue like nuclear power. As with nuclear "waste" the problem is not burning
but how you do it.

They have new technology furnaces that reduce CO2 and CO emissions and can actually be a good thing... start testing them...

It is not like there are no rubbish furnaces in the west or it just gets dumped directly into the ocean...
