Aside that the Drone attack , shows total failure. If you look at the video of the drone.
the mini explosive when launched , is deviated significantly by strong air away of the Russian troops positions. and what appears to be one lonely soldier was moving in the direction of the bomb and still even being close of the zone of the impact , he retreats after the explosion.
So zero casualties. was the end result.
If the video is true ,which will not surprise me ,the level of incompetence of Russia military.
Allowing drones of ISIS to fly as if they did not had a fucking way to jam terrorist drones.
Is totally unacceptable. Russia military is supposed to always had a jamming unit always near
their soldiers positions. Or a jamming gun. in the end of the video , the drone is not shot down.
even after the bomb attack ,something that could have been taken down with an assault rifle
easily..so either is total incompetence of Russia military or the video is fake.

At the end of may, 2017 the command of the Russian armed forces in the Syrian Arab Republic was received information on the southern outskirts of the city of raqqa meeting of leaders of terrorist group ISIS.
The Audit further information has been able to figure out what the purpose was planning an exit routes of fighters from al-Raqqa through the so-called "Southern corridor".
On 28 may 2017 G. Upon Confirmation of unmanned aerial vehicle means data on time by ISIS, the ringleaders of the command center, where were the warlords, from 00.35 to 00.45 icn aerospace forces aircraft was hit.

The information that is verified through various channels, the meeting was also attended by ISIS leader Ibrahim Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, who as a result of impact was destroyed.
About time and place of action the Russian aviation channelled through interaction was advance stateside.

Those are claimed to be the 'big hit' buildings on night of the 28/29th May. Looking at the second picture taken on the 29th there seems to be a remarkable lack of collateral damage around the buildings, like some burnt out technicals that transported the 330 odd ISIS guys in. With that number there would have been a pretty crowded carpark.
Has the RuAF suddenly got 100% spot on bombing accuracy so that only the buildings got hit, not shown particularly in their recent drone footage, or has ISIS suddenly become very neat and tidy, within hours getting rid of all the damaged stuff? Not even any rescue type activity there, or any evidence of people. Ah, I know, it was siesta!

Well we do know that VKS have plenty of stuff that can do this (Al-Shishani can attest to that) they just prefer to dump old stuff in the desert. This however was not desert and there was also hospital next door.
As for car park they are in the city so walking would be preferable especially if they want to keep the meeting hush-hush.

^^^Keeping fingers crossed. In at least one of the 3 debates, I remember Hillary saying that as president she'd be making a priority of "going after bag-daddy." I guess that would be roughly concurrent with initiating the final salvo of WW3. Anyhow, all taken care of Hills (hopefully)!

Irish Times reports full info transfer to the US prior to attack which I find odd for a couple of reasons. The Yanks are checking the reports also but believe the strike was a monster hit/success.

People are brainwashed so much by the propaganda that Russia does not have precision bombing capacity that
there is cognitive dissonance when it actually occurs. If Russia can get dumb bombs to hit precise targets
at the 90% level, it can sure get 100% precision hits with actual guided munitions. And Russian guided munitions
come in a spectrum of sizes to allow custom hits such as this one.
Do people think that manned rockets are trivial to design compared to some guided bomb? Seriously?

It'd be pretty standard to use PGMs in the case of a VIP like Al-Bigdaddy, if they had the intel then they'd certainly want to make sure they incinerated the target first go. The MoD also claimed it was a Flanker-E and Hellduck that carried out the attack, which screams precision strike.
IN saying this, however, they may have just bullshitted the proof of the attack for whatever reason. Seems odd, and is kind of another strike on Ru MoD's rather humorous PR ventures, but I assume they have a reason for it. The link John shared would suggest some black-magic mumbo jumbo going on, and that 300 number is pretty high for a man who has repeatedly escaped previous assassination attempts. However, it's still ELA which I have a habit of distrusting given prior experience with Bellingcat.
